本实用新型的凹槽截面为一带圆弧底部的 V型结构, 对香烟夹 持稳固, 且能适应不同直径的香烟, 被夹持香烟的燃着端到达凹槽的 进口处时会因缺氧而逐渐熄灭,而且由于香烟被凹槽带锥度的内壁卡 住, 与凹槽底部形成一定间隙, 使香烟的燃烧部分下面仍存在微量的 空气而延长逐渐熄灭的时间, 同时香烟不会吸收凝聚在槽底的水蒸 汽, 从而保持了香烟的原有品质。

具体实施方式
如图 1、 2所示, 烟灰缸中央为盛灰池 1, 盛灰池 1四周由直立 的缸壁 2包围。 缸壁具有内侧面 21和外侧面 22, 外侧面 22使烟灰 缸呈矩形结构。 内侧面 21和外侧面 22之间具有一定间距, 使缸壁 2 形成一顶部。横跨该顶部上设有一条或一条以上的纳放香烟的凹槽 3。 在本实施例中, 在矩形烟灰缸的四个角上分别设置一条, 其中的一角 或两角处设有斜角内表面, 从而加厚那一角或两角的缸壁, 形成一个 宽度较大的平台顶部, 使设于该一角或两角上的凹槽 3长度较长。如 图 4所示, 凹槽 3内壁从顶部开口到其底部带有锥度 31, 凹槽 3顶 部开口宽度大于香烟直径, 底部宽度小于香烟直径, 高度大于香烟直 径, 使凹槽 3的横截面形成一较深的带圆弧底部的 V型结构。 当吸 烟者暂时不吸而将香烟纳放于凹槽 3时, 如图 3、 4所示, 香烟被凹 槽 3内壁的中下部份卡住, 不与底部接触并形成一定间隙, 微量的空 气在香烟底部流通,使香烟大大减慢了燃烧速度又延长了逐渐熄灭的 时间, 使其减少甚至停止烟雾的释放, 而且使香烟只是在凹槽的内缸 壁上两点和外缸壁上两点上触及烟灰缸并被支承,不会接触到凝结在 槽底的水蒸汽和被水蒸汽打湿的烟灰, 从而保持香烟的品质不被破 坏。 当吸烟者必须暂停吸烟或不想再吸时, 则将香烟按下至凹槽 3的 槽底 (如图 5所示), 由于严重缺氧, 香烟燃烧速度更慢, 很快就会 停止燃烧而自动熄灭。
如图 3所示, 每条凹槽 3的底部从缸壁 2的内侧面 21到外侧面 22向下倾斜。每条凹槽 3的底部在接近缸壁外侧面 22处设有凹坑 32。 凹坑 32由凹槽 3底部的第一段与凹槽底部的第二段之间的倾斜交接 部形成, 第一段的向下斜度大于第二段的向下斜度, 从而构成中间凹 陷的交接部分, 接纳过多的水分, 从而避免水和烟灰接触而产生缩聚 现象, 更能有效防止水和烟灰因凹槽 3底部的向外倾斜而流出。
为提高烟灰缸的安全度, 凹槽 3在接近缸壁外侧面 22的地方具 有带锥度部分, 其在凹槽 3的每一侧壁向外侧面 22逐渐收敛, 构成 一个角度使凹槽 3宽度逐渐减少而形成锥度, 如前面所述, 在缸壁内 外侧面的凹槽 3开口也是沿着从顶部到底部的方向带有锥度,这种双 重锥度的效应是构成对香烟的逐步夹持作用, 在实际使用中发现, 单 靠向下的作用于凹槽 3的香烟重力, 这种夹持作用就已经足够, 不过 吸烟人用手指向香烟稍微施加一点压力, 就会得到加强, 而施加压力 通常不必作有意识的努力,只要通过把香烟放在凹槽 3里的简单动作 就行了, 其安全性提高, 有效地防止纳放在凹槽 3内的香烟从烟灰缸 上掉落出来。
在缸壁 2的顶面和凹槽 3两侧面的交接部分作出过渡性倒角 33, 提供导引作用而使香烟比较容易地落入凹槽 3内。
在内侧面 21处的凹槽开口底部最好高于外侧面 22凹槽开口底部 约 15毫米, 凹槽 3长度在 25-50毫米之间。
