因此, 本发明具有密封性好, 开启方便, 不易影响葡萄酒的风味, 防伪效 果好等特点。 在将瓶盖向下压入瓶口时, 支承座的两侧弯折抵在瓶口顶面上, 无法向下移动, 迫使拉杆及支承座相对于内盖向上运动, 使得支撑环底面到拉 杆压块间的距离变小, 密封圈受压, 向外膨胀, 塞紧瓶颈, 实现密封。 开启酒 瓶时, 直接拧动外套带动内盖或去掉外套后再转动内盖, 从而使支承座的弯折 离开瓶口的顶面, 密封圈恢复原状, 从而很顺利地移出瓶口, 无需专门的开瓶 器。 装配时, 先将密封圈从拉杆的上端套入到拉杆上, 再将支承座从内盖顶面 上的缺口内嵌装到内盖中, 而后将拉杆的上端从内盖支承环的下端穿过一直穿 过支承座的限位部构成的通孔, 限位部的顶端顶在拉杆限位端下端面, 限位部 将拉杆与内盖连接成可轴向上下移动的活动连接。 其中, 弹性条状结构便于拉 杆自下而上穿过弹性条状结构构成的通孔, 方便装配。 其中, 弹性条状结构与 拉杆轴线的夹角应在较小的角度范围内,以给拉杆的上端提供更为可靠的支承。 其中, 撕裂环可以设在侧面底部, 也可以在侧面上部或顶面上, 形成不同的仿 伪要求; 开启瓶盖时, 手指伸入指位孔拉住起拉块, 拉开撕裂环而使得外套上 端可以转动或使得内盖露出以便开启; 而撕裂环的内侧壁上凹槽, 使得撕裂环 在撕裂后有明显的起皱, 具有更好的防伪性能。 其中, 外套内壁凸筋以下的周 向走向的卡位凸块的上端面抵在中套的下端,从而实现外套和中套的轴向定位; 中套底部的凸筋与外套内壁的凸筋配合实现中套与外套的周向定位; 通过连接 盖肩状上的凸齿与中套内壁顶部的凸齿配合, 使连接盖与中套固定, 凸齿可以 是直齿, 也可以是三角齿。 其中, 薄壁带的存在使得密封圈在受到轴向力的挤 压时容易在薄壁带处产生膨胀, 形成密封, 方便了瓶盖的拧紧和开启, 同时起 到更好的密封效果。 为减轻瓶盖的整体重量, 同时也可降低瓶盖的制造成本, 在保证密封效果的前提下可将拉杆设计成一端封闭的中空结构或两端封闭的中 空结构。 其中, 内盖外侧壁上的凸条与外套内侧壁上的凹槽配合实现了内盖与 外套的周向定位; 外套的压盖凸抵在内盖底部可将内盖轴向定位在外套内。 这 样, 开启外套同时可带动内盖转动而进一步开启葡萄酒的密封圈, 实现外套和 密封圈的一次性开启, 方便了葡萄酒瓶盖的开启操作。

实现本发明的最佳方法
下面通过实施例, 并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。 实施例 1: 如图 2所示, 外套 1上设有撕裂环 2, 所述撕裂环 2与外套 1形 成间隔的点状连接, 撕裂环 2一端设有起拉块 19, 起拉块 19与外套体间设有 指位孔 24, 撕裂环 2的内侧壁上设有若干条轴向的凹槽, 外套 1内壁底部设有 凸筋 21, 外套 1的凸筋 21以下设有周向走向的卡位凸块 27, 外套 1顶部内侧 壁上设有轴向, 与凸条 16相匹配的凹槽 17, 外套 1内壁还设有 3个压盖凸 18, 该压盖凸 18抵在内盖 5底部; 如图 3和图 4所示,支承座 6的两侧分别设有向 下的弯折 12, 其中央的通孔上端周围设有 3个条状结构的限位部 13, 限位部 13与支承座轴线的夹角 α为 15° , 限位部 13与支承座体间设有支体 23; 如图 5所示, 拉杆 8的上端为限位端 15, 下端为压块 14, 拉杆 8为中空结构, 该中 空结构上端封闭; 如图 6所示, 密封圈 9中央为一通孔, 密封圈 9中部的壁厚 较密封圈 9两端的壁厚小, 在密封圈 9的内壁形成一个向两端逐渐增厚的薄壁 带 2 & 如图 7和图 8所示, 内盖 5顶面设有缺口 10, 并从顶面延伸向下形成支 撑环 11, 其外壁上端设有多个轴向的凸条 16, 诚然, 内盖 5也可以采用分离式 的盖顶 31和连接环 11构成, 而盖顶 31与连接环 11间可采用螺纹, 卡接或焊 接等方式连接; 如图 9和图 10所示, 连接盖 3的外壁上端设有螺紋, 螺紋以下 部分向外扩张, 形成肩状, 在肩状上设有向上的凸齿 25, 肩装下方设有内凸卡 29和竖筋 30; 如图 11和图 12所示, 中套 4内壁顶部设有的凸齿 26, 中套 4 外壁底部设有多个凸筋 20。
如图 1和图 2所示, 连接盖 3通过内凸卡 29和其内壁的竖筋 30实现与瓶 口 22的轴向和周向固定, 支承座 6嵌装在内盖 5的缺口 10内,弯折 12的下端 与瓶口 22的上端面相抵。密封圈 9设在拉杆 8的限位端 15与压块 14之间, 拉 杆 8的限位端 15穿过内盖 5的支撑环 11, 其限位端 15的下端面与支承座 6内 侧的限位部 13的顶端相抵, 内盖 5与拉杆 8形成可上下移动的活动连接。 内盖 5与连接盖 3螺纹连接, 内盖 5外壁上端的凸条 16与外套 1顶端的凹槽 17配 合实现内盖 5与外套 1的周向定位,内盖 5的底端抵于外套 1的凹槽 17下方的 压盖凸 18上, 实现内盖 5与外套 1的轴向定位, 从而将内盖与限制在外套内。 中套 4设在连接盖 3与外套 1之间,连接盖 3肩状上的凸齿 25与中套 4内壁顶 部的凸齿 26配合实现连接盖 3与中套 4的固定, 连接盖 3与瓶口 22顶端间设 有垫圈 7。 中套 4外壁底部的凸筋 20与外套 1内壁底部凸筋 21配合实现外套 与中套的周向定位,中套 4的底端抵在外套 1的凸筋 21以下周向走向的卡位凸 块 27上实现外套 1与中套 4的轴向固定。
图 13、 图 14、 图 15、 图 16、 图 17、 图 18给出了本发明另外几种外套的 结构示意图及其装配示意图。
在将瓶盖向下压入瓶口时, 支承座的两侧弯折抵在瓶口顶面上, 无法向下 移动, 迫使拉杆及支承座相对于内盖向上运动, 使得支撑环底面到拉杆压块间 的距离变小, 密封圈受压, 向外膨胀, 塞紧瓶颈, 实现密封。 开启酒瓶时, 撕 开撕裂环, 而后直接拧动外套带动内盖, 从而使支承座的弯折离开瓶口的顶面, 密封圈恢复原状, 从而很顺利地移出瓶口, 无需专门的开瓶器。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种防伪葡萄酒瓶盖, 包括外套(1), 内盖(5), 连接盖(3), 所述连 接盖(3)设置在瓶口 (22)上, 内盖(5)与连接盖(3)螺纹连接, 所述外套
(I)包覆在内盖(5) 的外面, 其特征在于所述内盖(5)上设有向下的支撑环
(II), 支承座 (6)嵌装在内盖 (5) 内, 其侧面设有若干向下的弯折 (12), 该弯折(12)的下端与瓶口(22)的上端面相抵;拉杆(8)上端为限位端(15), 所述拉杆 (8)下端为压块(14), 限位端 (15) 与压块(14)之间设有密封圈
(9); 所述拉杆(8) 的限位端(15) 穿过内盖(5) 的支撑环(11), 其限位端 (15) 由支承座(6) 的限位部(13)支撑, 内盖(5)与拉杆(8)形成可上下 移动的活动连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的防伪葡萄酒瓶盖, 其特征在于所述内盖(5) 上 设有缺口 (10), 所述支撑环 (11) 从内盖 (5)顶面向下延伸形成, 所述支承 座嵌装在所述缺口 (10) 内。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的防伪葡萄酒瓶盖, 其特征在于所述内盖(5) 由 盖顶 (31)和支撑环 (11)构成, 所述盖顶 (31) 与支撑环 (11) 固接, 所述 支承座设于盖顶 (31) 与支撑环(11) 间。
4、根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的防伪葡萄酒瓶盖,其特征在于所述拉杆 (8) 的限位端 (15) 为台阶结构, 所述支承座 (6) 内侧的限位部 (13) 为若 干内倾的弹性条状结构, 该条状结构的厚度小于等于所述限位端 (15) 的台阶 宽度, 所述条状结构与支承座体间设有支体(23), 所述弹性条状结构与支承座 (6) 轴线的夹角 α为 10° — 25° 。
5、根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的防伪葡萄酒瓶盖,其特征在于所述外套 ( 1)上设有撕裂环(2), 所述撕裂环 (2) 与外套(1)形成间隔的点状连接, 撕裂环(2)—端设有起拉块(19), 起拉块(19)与外套体间设有指位孔(24); 所述撕裂环(2) 的内侧壁上设有若干条轴向的凹槽。
6、根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的防伪葡萄酒瓶盖,其特征在于所述连接 盖(3)与外套(1) 间设有中套(4), 并露出连接盖(3)上部的螺纹, 所述外 套(1)包覆在内盖 (5)和中套 (4) 的外面。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的防伪葡萄酒瓶盖, 其特征在于所述连接盖 (3) 的螺紋以下部分向外扩张,形成肩状,在所述肩状上设有若干向上的凸齿(25), 所述中套(4) 内壁顶部也设有若干相匹配的凸齿 (26); 所述中套(4)外壁底 部设有若干个凸筋(20),所述外套(1)内壁底部设有若干个相匹配的凸筋(21), 外套(1 ) 的凸筋(21) 以下设有若干个周向走向的卡位凸块(27)。
8、根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的防伪葡萄酒瓶盖, 其特征在于所述密封 圈 (9) 中部的壁厚较密封圈 (9)两端的壁厚小, 在密封圈 (9) 的内壁形成一 个向两端逐渐增厚的薄壁带 (28)。
9、根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的防伪葡萄酒瓶盖, 其特征在于所述拉杆 (8) 为中空结构, 该中空结构至少一端封闭。
10、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的防伪葡萄酒瓶盖, 其特征在于所述内 盖(5) 的外侧壁上设有若干轴向的凸条(16), 外套(1)顶部内侧壁上设有若 干轴向的与凸条(16)相匹配的凹槽 (17), 所述外套(1) 内壁还设有至少两 个压盖凸 (18), 该压盖凸 (18)抵在内盖 (5)底部。
