And then, after shattering it in 0.01 m to 1mm in diameter with the roller for grinder, it mixes with the flame and heat-resistant silicon rubber equally in a low temperature for silicon rubber not to be thermosetting the roller of mixing according to a certain rate and it is divided into fixed quantities. The divided mixtures are pressed into thermosetting press.
And after being pressed into the first thermosetting press in 160 to 4000C , it is pressed into the second one in 300 to 3500C , and its purpose is to discharge as combustion of gas contained silicon rubber and iron scale powder or smell of oil and silicon rubber, to raise the function of the heating plate, to have efficiently its thermal conduction, and to raise its thermal resistance.
And the flame and heat-resistant silicon rubber compounded, added silicon rubber to nonflammable materials, like halogen or non halogen, and oxidized inorganic substances has high thermal resistance and nonflammable.)
And the other manufacturing process of the heating plate (D is that weight 60 to 90% of iron scale powder of 0.01 βn to 1 mm in diameter, which has been heated for 1 to 3 hours in 300 to 400°C and its moisture and gas has been ignited and removed, mixed with weight 10 to 40% of ceramic, and then after it has been pressed and dried in required shape. And it is the heating plate being firing as the first baking in 800 to 900 °C and the second baking in 1000 to 1200 °C .
And another manufacturing process of the heating plate (D is that weight 60 to 90% of ferrite powder of 0.01 μm to 1mm in diameter, which has been heated for 1 to 3 hours in 300 to 4000C and its moisture and gas has been ignited and removed, mixed with the flame and heat-resistant silicon rubber as a binder. And the manufacturing process is the same process © of the heating plate used iron scale.
In desirable, the heating plate produced by the process © has inexpensive production cost and more excellent efficiency of heating than process © and
Industrial Applicability
The present invention is that if roaster for microwave oven is operated, heat from the heating plate is transmitted to the roast pan and the heating can roast food. The present invention is that as the roast pan and cover of it, as metal materials, can't project microwave, food can't contact with microwave directly. So, the food can be roasted not to dry during cooking and snacks, such as a fried dumpling stuffed with minced pork, frozen pizzas, ham, sausages, scorched rice, or the principal food can cook simply and conveniently by using roaster for microwave oven.
The inside of the present invention is coated as nonstick materials, and as the heating temperature keeps certain rising, it has no inconvenience to spread oil and roast food, like a gas range and the frying pan of an electric stove. And the present invention has a simple manufacturing process, and production cost is reduced, and it has the possibility of mass production in a short period of time. So, the roast pan can be produced by inexpensive cost and binder of iron scale powder is used for heating and heat-resisting silicon rubber. And its measurement is regular by pressing thermosetting press and by heating of the heating plate it has a merit to adapt flexibly to heating expansion of silicon materials. Also, as iron scale, scrapped material, is used for the main material of the heating plate, it has recycling effect.

The heating plate being magnetic heating (4,4-a,4-b,4-c) if microwave is absorbed in the underbody of the roast pan (3) is attached, and then the combined structures, which the heating plate is supported closely as insulation support of heating plate (5, 5-a) in the roast pan, combined by inserting in the container of the body (6, 6-a), The present invention is the roaster for microwave oven that forms a group with the cover (2). In clause 1 , the heating pan (3) doesn't project microwave, and it has a metal material with excellent thermal conductivity. The present invention is the roaster for microwave oven of the characteristic that forms the roast pan frame (31) putting the upper circumferential part and the roast pan groove (32) putting in the small of the back of the body container.
