由于该图中所示的衬板 82、 92结构复杂, 且具有定位销 83及定位孔 93 插置配合, 相对增加不便性, 且互换性不佳, 在不同尺寸时需要有不同的规 格, 无形中增加囤积的成本。 发明目的
本发明的目的即在于克服习用板对板连接器上所使用的衬板的上述缺点 与不足, 从而提供一种使用于板对板连接器上的垫片, 其不仅结构简单, 而 且使用更加方便。 发明概要
本发明的垫片在结构设计上, 使其两侧具有上下位置落差的侧翼板, 从 而在垫片及侧翼板上下面各形成接触面。 '

为进一步了解本发明的构造、 运用的技术手段即所预期达成的功效, 兹 举数个较佳实施例并配合附图详细说明如下, 相信本发明的发明目的、 特征 及其它特点, 当可由此而得以深入且具体的了解。
如图 3至图 4所示, 本发明主要为插件 10与插座 20相互叠置组成, 该 插件 10与该插座 20前后端各嵌设一垫片 30、 40。
该插件 10, 前后端设置一延伸片 11, 在延伸片 11两侧藉由沟槽 12使二 钩片 13分别设置, 该钩片 13前端具有一钩体 14。
该插座 20, 前后端设置一钩片 21, 该钩片 21前端具有一钩体 22, 在钩 片 21两侧藉由沟槽 23使二延伸片 24分别设置。
该垫片 30、 40, 两侧具有侧翼部 31、 41, 该垫片 30、 40与侧翼部 31、 41具有相对的上下位置落差, 该垫片 30、 40上下面形成第一接触面 32、 42 与第二接触面 33、 43, 该侧翼部 31、 41上下面各形成第三接触面 34、 44与 第四接触面 35、 45, 在该垫片 30、 40与两侧的侧翼部 31、 41间具有一连接 部 36、 46, 使该垫片 30、 40与侧翼部 31、 41虽具有相对的上下位置落差, 但仍连接为一体。 而该插件 10的垫片 30尺寸比例较小于该插座 20的垫片 40的尺寸。
以上为本发明的各组件的构造、 位置及相互连接关系的概述; 接着, 再 将本发明各组件的结合及其所预期达成的功效陈述如后:
请继续参考图 3至图 6, 欲使用本发明时, 如何将垫片 30安置.于该插件 10 前后端呢? 其实非常迅速及简便, 仅需将垫片 30的连接部 36穿越该插件 10的 延伸片 11与钩片 13间的沟槽 12即可, 形成如图 4所示的形态, 该垫片 30跨越于 该插件 10的延伸片 11上, 而连接部 36穿越于沟槽 12, 使侧翼部 31位于钩片 13 下, 并藉由该钩体 14钩住, 可防止掉落, 即第二接触面 33接触延伸片 11, 而 第三接触面 34接触钩片 13。
而垫片 40安置于该插座 20前后端的使用步骤近似, 仅需将垫片 40的连接 · 部 46穿越该插座 20的钩片 21与延伸片 24间的沟槽 23即可,形成如图 4所示的形 态, 该垫片 40跨越于该插座 20的钩片 21上, 并藉由该钩体 22钩住, 可防止掉 落, 而连接部 46穿越于沟槽 23, 使侧翼部 41位于延伸片 24, 即第二接触面 43 接触钩片 21, 而第三接触面 44接触延伸片 24。
再将该插件 10与该插座 20叠置, 形成该插件 10上的垫片 30与电路基板 A 形成第四接触面 35接触 (如图 5所示), 而该插座 20上的垫片 40与电路基板 A 形成第一接触面 42接触 (如图 6所示)。
本发明也可以依实际的需要变更使用, 将垫片 30、 40正反使用于该插件 10与该插座 20上, 其方式如下:
可将垫片 30反向跨越于该插件 10的延伸片 11下方, 而连接部 36穿越于沟 槽 12, 使侧翼部 31位于钩片 13之上, 而垫片 40跨越于该插座 20的钩片 21下方, 而连接部 46穿越于沟槽 23, 使侧翼部 41位于延伸片 24上方(如图 3所示之右)。
再将该插件 10与该插座 20叠置, 形成该插件 10上的垫片 30与电路基板 A 形成第一接触面 32接触 (如图 6所示), 而该插座 20上的垫片 40与电路基板 A 形成第四接触面 45接触 (如图 5所示)。 请继续参考图 7至图 8, 本发明也可以运用于直立掀盖连接器 50与横式 掀盖连接器 60上,仅需在直立掀盖连接器 50上也设计上述的延伸片 51与沟 槽 52、 钩片 53的结构, 并分别设置于前后, 也可以供垫片 70依上述操作方 式使用; 本发明也可以运用于横式掀盖连接器 60上, 同样仅需在横式掀盖连 接器 60也设计上述的延伸片 61与沟槽 62、 钩片 63的结构, 并分别设置于 两侧, 亦可供垫片 70依上述操作方式使用。 '
以上, 本发明利用简易的结构, 即创新出可在任何连接器上使用的厚薄 垫片, 且可以正反使用; 此外, 本发明的垫片的简易结构可以节省制造成本, 亦可统一规格, 使其大量制造, 从而有效降低成本。

1、 一种垫片, 其特征在于, 该垫片的两侧具有侧翼部, 且该垫片与侧翼 部具有相对的上下位置落差。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的垫片, 其特征在于, 该垫片上下面形成第一、 二 接触面, 该侧翼部上下面各形成第三、 四接触面。 '
3、 如权利要求 1所述的垫片, 其特征在于, 该垫片尺寸大小比例按实际 的需求而定。
