多媒体消息业务(MMS )作为一种移动数据业务, 可以支持语音、 因特网浏览、 电子邮件、 会议电视等多种高速数据业务, 实现即时的手 机端到端、 手机终端到互联网或互联网到手机终端的多媒体信息传送。 多媒体消息的传送是通过多媒体消息系统来完成的。 随着运营商数据业 务用户数的迅速增长和多媒体消息业务的蓬勃发展, 多媒体消息业务已 经被看作是移动通信一个新的盈利点。 因此, 也需要在技术上提供更为 安全、 高效、 完善的移动数据业务框架来进行支撑。
图 1为现有技术多媒体消息系统的结构组成示意图,主要包括: MMS 终端、 多媒体消息业务中心(MMSC )、 无线应用协议网关(WAPGW )、 短消息业务中心 (SMSC )、 增值应用提供商 (VASP )和网关业务控制 点(G-SCP )。其中, MMSC用于接收、存储和转发多媒体消息; WAPGW 连接 MMSC和移动网絡, 用于承载 MMSC和 MMS终端之间的 MMS 业务; SMSC用于向 MMS终端发送多媒体消息到达通知; VASP用于提 供增值业务, 也可以称为服务提供商(SP ), SP通过 IP网络与 MMSC 相连; G-SCP用于对预付费用户进行计费。
如图 1所示, 当 MMS终端向 SP发送多媒体消息时, MMS终端通 过 WAPGW将编辑好的多媒体消息发送给该 MMS终端归属的 MMSC; MMS终端归属的 MMSC接收并存储 MMS终端发送来的多媒体消息, 并将收到的多媒体消息转发给 SP。
当 SP向 MMS终端发送多媒体消息时, SP将多媒体消息发送到自 身接入的 MMSC; MMSC收到多媒体消息后 , 判断接收方 MMS终端归 属于哪个 MMSC, 如果 SP接入的 MMSC与接收方 MMS终端归属的 MMSC一致, 则存储该多媒体消息或通过 WAPGW将该多媒体消息转 发给接收方 MMS终端; 如果 SP接入的 MMSC与接收方 MMS终端归 属的 MMSC不一致, 则 SP接入的 MMSC将收到的多媒体消息转发给 接收方 MMS终端归属的 MMSC;接收方 MMS终端归属的 MMSC收到 多媒体消息后,存储该多媒体消息或通过 WAPGW将该多媒体消息转发 给接收方 MMS终端。
基于图 1所示的系统, 现有技术转发多媒体消息的方法流程图如图 2和图 3所示。 图 2为现有技术 SP向 MMS终端转发多媒体消息的方法 流程图,图 3为现有技术 MMS终端向 SP转发多媒体消息的方法流程图。
如图 2所示,现有技术 SP向 MMS终端转发多媒体消息的方法包括 以下步骤:
步骤 201 、 SP 发出 MM7— submitREQ 消息到 MMSC , MM7_submit.REQ消息中包含多媒体消息, 该多媒体消息中包含接收方 MMS终端的地址信息, 例如手机号码。

步骤 203、 鉴权结束后, MMSC向 SP返回 MM7— submitRES响应 消息, ΜΜ7— submitRES响应消息中包含多媒体消息是否提交成功的信 息; 如果多媒体消息提交成功, 则继续执行步驟 204; 否则结束流程。
步骤 204 ~ 205、 MMSC向 G-SCP发送计费请求; G-SCP收到计费 请求后, 返回计费请求响应。
步骤 206 ~ 207、接收方 MMS终端归属的 MMSC向接收方 MMS终 端发送 MMl— notification.REQ消息以通知接收方 MMS终端从 MMSC 提取多媒体消息;接收方 MMS终端收到 MMl_notification.REQ通知后, 向 MMSC发送 MM1一 notification.RES消息表示收到消息通知。
步骤 208 ~ 210、 MMS终端向 MMSC发送 MMl— retrieve.REQ请求 获取多媒体消息, MMSC 收到接收方 MMS 终端发送来的 MMl— retrieve.REQ消息后,向接收方 MMS终端发送 MMl— retrieve.RES 息, 将多媒体消息发送至接收方 MMS终端; 接收方 MMS终端收到多 媒体消息后, 向 MMSC返回 MMl— Acknowledgement.REQ响应消息。
步骤 211 ~ 212、 MMSC收到 MMl— Acknowledgement.REQ响应消息 后, 向 G-SCP发送计费确认; G-SCP收到计费确认后, 返回计费确认响 应。
如图 3所示,现有技术 MMS终端向 SP转发多媒体消息的方法包括 以下步驟:
步骤 301、 MMS 终端发出 MMl— submitREQ 消息到 MMSC , MMl_submit.REQ消息中包含多媒体消息。
步驟 302 ~ 303、 MMSC收到 MMS终端发送来的 MMl— submitREQ 消息后, 检查多媒体消息内容, 对 MMS终端、 SP和业务进行鉴权。 经 过内^佥查和鉴权后, MMSC向 MMS终端返回 MMl— submitRES响应 消息。 如果多媒体消息提交成功, 则继续执行步骤 304, 否则结束流程。
步骤 304 ~ 305、 MMSC向 G-SCP发送计费请求; G-SCP收到计费 请求后, 向 MMSC返回计费请求响应。
步骤 306 ~ 307、 MMSC 向 SP 发送 MM7— delivery.REQ 消息, MM7— delivery.REQ消息中包含多媒体消息, SP收到 MM7_delivery.REQ 消息后, 返回 MM7—delivery.RES响.应消息。
步驟 308 ~ 309、 MMSC 收到 MM7_delivery.RES 响应消息后, 向 G-SCP发送计费确认; G-SCP收到计费确认后, 返回计费确认响应。
由此可见 , 现有技术中实现多媒体消息转发的方法存在以下缺点:
1、 采用 SP直接与某个 MMSC相连, 需要 MMSC对 SP、 业务进行 鉴权和控制, 这会对 MMSC的安全性造成一定的隐患。
2、 MMSC作为 MMS增值业务的使能设备,需要介入很多管理功能 和运营功能, 比如, 增值业务的开户销户、 费率设置、访问权限控制等, 因而增加了 MMSC的负荷。
3、 由于省级运营商无法对 MMSC进行控制和管理, 比如注册增值 业务、 修改费率等, 因此不利于本地增值业务的开展, 也很难进行功能 的扩展。 发明内容
由上述分析可以看出,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种多媒体消息 系统, 能够实现业务接入与承载传输的隔离, 保护核心传输设备。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种转发多媒体消息的方法,能够实 现业务接入与承载传输的隔离, 减轻 MMSC的工作负荷。
本发明的又一目的在于提供另一种转发多媒体消息的方法,能够 减轻 MMSC的工作负荷。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明公开一种多媒体消息系统, 至少包括: MMS终端、 MMSC;、 WAPGW和 SP; 所述 MMSC用于接收、 存储和转发多媒体消息; 所述 WAPGW连接 MMSC和移动网络, 用于承载 MMSC和 MMS终端之间 的多媒体消息业务; '
该系统还包括: 多媒体消息业务网关 ( MMSG ), 用于转发来自 SP 或 MMSC的多媒体消息, 并对多媒体消息中的 SP及用户和提供的业务 进行认证、 鉴权; 所述 MMSG与至少一个 MMSC和归属该 MMSG的 SP分别相连。

其中, 所述步驟 b可以进一步包括: 对于业务请求中需要订购的业 务, MMSG对业务请求中的用户进行业务订购关系鉴权。
上述方案中, 该方法进一步包括:
c 从 MMSG收到多媒体消息的 MMSC对接入的 MMSG进行接入 认证, 并通知接收方用户提取多媒体消息; 接收方用户从自身归属的 MMSC获取多媒体消息;
d.接收方用户向其归属的 MMSC返回接收响应;该 MMSC收到该 接收响应后, 发送多媒体消息发送状态报告给 MMSG。

对于 MMSG与一个以上 MMSC相连的情况, MMSG根据接收方用 户标识查找接收方用户归属哪个 MMSC, 并执行所述 MMSG将收到的 多媒体消息转发给找到的接收方用户归属的 MMSC。

本发明同时还公开一种转发多媒体消息的方法, 在多媒体消息系统 中设置 MMSG, 并将该 MMSG与至少一个 MMSC和归属该 MMSG的 SP分别相连, 该方法包括以下步骤: A. 用户终端向 MMSC提交包含多媒体消息的业务请求;
B. 收到用户终端提交的业务请求的 MMSC根据业务请求中的 SP 标识号码找到 SP归属的 MMSG,并将收到的业务请求发送给该 MMSG;
C. 该 SP归属的 MMSG对 SP及业务请求中的业务和用户进行鉴权, 并将该业务请求中的多媒体消息转发给 SP。
上述方案中, 该方法可以进一步包括:
D. 收到 MMSG发送来的多媒体消息的 SP向该 MMSG返回包含多 媒体消息提交是否成功信息的多媒体消息提交响应。
另外, 该方法可以进一步包括:

由上述方案可以看出, 本发明的关键在于: 在多媒体消息系统中增 设 MMSG, 由 SP归属的 MMSG对 SP及其提供的业务进行鉴权, 并通 过 MMSG传递 SP与 MMS终端归属的 MMSC之间的多媒体消息。
因此, 本发明所提供的这种多媒体消息系统及转发多媒体消息的方 法具有以下优点:
1、 由 MMSG对 SP进行统一接入和认证, 实现业务接入与 载传 输相对隔离, 既可以减轻 MMSC的负荷, 增加 MMSC的安全性, 保护 核心传输设备, 又可以保证网络结构清晰。
2、 MMSG可以提供緩存功能, 使 MMSC抵御 SP流量浪涌的能力 增强。 3、 MMSG可以接入多个 MMSC, 由 MMSG才艮据接收方用户号码 直接将多媒体消息转发给接收方用户归属的 MMSC, 使 MMSC之间消 息的路由流量大大降低, 并且有利于网络交通状况的优化。
4、 由 MMSG对 SP进行统一接入和认证, 提供 SP的本地接入和本 地管理功能, 便于本地业务的开展。 附图简要说明

图 4为本发明一实施例包含 MMSG的多媒体消息系统的组成结构示 意图, 主要包括: MMS终端、 MMSC、 WAPGW> SMSC、 SP、 G-SCP 和 MMSG。 其中, MMSG用于转发来自 SP或 MMSC的多媒体消息, 并对接入的 SP及提供的业务进行认证、 鉴权; SP与 MMSG存在归属 关系, SP通过 IP网络接入到自身归属的 MMSG, MMSG与 MMSC相 连; MMSG还与用于提供预付费用户扣费接口的 G-SCP相连。
如图 4所示, 当 MMS终端向 SP发送多媒体消息时, M S终端通 过 WAPGW将编辑好的多媒体消息发送给该 MMS终端归属的 MMSC; MMSC接收并存储 MMS终端提交的多媒体消息 , 并将收到的多媒体消 息转发给 SP归属的 MMSG; MMSG对 SP、 SP业务和 MMS终端进行 鉴权, 鉴权成功后, MMSG将收到的多媒体消息发送给 SP。
当 SP向 MMS终端发送多媒体消息时, SP将多媒体消息发送到自 身归属的 MMSG, MMSG对 SP、 SP业务和 MMS终端进行鉴权; 鉴权 成功后, MMSG根据接收方用户号码将收到的多媒体消息发送给接收方 MMS终端归属的 MMSC;接收方 MMS终端归属的 MMSC收到多媒体 消息后,存储该多媒体消息或通过 WAPGW将该多媒体消息转发给接收 方 MMS终端。

步驟 605,~ 606,、 MMSC1 才艮据接收方用户号码确定接收方 MMS 终端归属 MMSC2后,向 MMSC2发送包含多媒体消息的 MM提交请求, 将多媒体消息提交给 MMSC2; MMSC2收到 MM提交请求后向 MMSC1 返回 MM提交请求响应。 然后继续执行步骤 606。
相应地, 在步骤 614之后, 该方法还包括以下步骤:
步骤 615,、 MMSC2收到接收方 MMS终端返回的接收 MM响应后, 向 MMSC1发送 MM发送状态报告。 然后继续执行步骤 615。
另外, 可以想到, 本实施例中, SP通过 MMSG提交给 MMSC的 MMS消息也可以转发给外部应用服务器, 比如, E-mail服务器。 这时, MMS消息的发送地址为 E-mail信箱。 外部应用服务器通过 IP 网络与 MMSC相连, 图 1和图 4中均未画出。
图 7为本发明一实施例 MMS终端向 SP发送多媒体消息的方法流程 图,其中 SP归属的 MMSG所接入的. MMSC与 MMS终端归属的 MMSC 一致, 该方法包括以下步骤:
步驟 701、 MMS终端向自身归属的 MMSC发出 MM提交请求, 请 求中包含要发送的多媒体消息。
步驟 702 ~ 703、 MMSC对 MMS终端进行鉴权, 并根据多媒体消息 中 SP的接入号码找到 SP归属的 MMSG; 然后 MMSC向 MMS终端返 回 MM提交请求响应。
步骤 704、 MMSC发送 MM递送倚求到 SP归属的 MMSG, 请求中 包含要发送的多媒体消息。 步骤 705 ~ 707、 MMSG收到 MMSC发送来的 MM递送请求后, 对 MM递送请求中的 SP进行鉴权、 业务鉴权; 对业务递送请求中的用户 进行鉴权, 检验用户的签约关系, 检查用户的状态是否有效; 如果上述 鉴权成功, 则继续执行步骤 708; 否则结束流程。 其中, 步骤 705 707 的顺序是可以改变的。
步骤 708 ~ 709、 如果该发送方用户为预付费用户, 则 MMSG收到 MMSC返回的 MM提交成功的 MM提交请求响应后, MMSG向 G-SCP 发送计费请求, G-SCP收到计费请求后返回计费请求响应; 如果该发送 方用户为后付费用户, 则不执行步骤 708 ~ 709。
步骤 710、 MMSG根据 SP的接入号码向 SP发起 MM递送请求,请 求中包含要发送的多媒体消息。
步驟 711 - 712、 SP收到 MMSG发送来的包含多媒体消息的 MM递 送请求后, 向 MMSG返回 MM递送请求响应; MMSG收到 SP返回的 MM递送请求响应后, 将该 MM递送请求响应转发给 MMSC。
步骤 713 ~ 714、 如果 MM递送成功, 对于预付费用户, 则 MMSG 向 G-SCP发送计费确认, 否则 MMSG向 G-SCP发送补款请求; 然后 G-SCP 返回计费确认响应或补款请求响应。 对于后付费用户, 则由 MMSG触发计费即可, 即由 MMSG生成计费话单, 直接发送给计费系 统或由计费系统取走进行计费。
其中, 用户终端向 SP发送 MM的计费原理与 SP向用户终端发送 MM的计费原理是类似的, 对于预付费用户, 由 MMSG向 G-SCP发起 计费请求, 对于后付费用户, 由 MMSG触发计费。
当 SP归属的 MMSG所接入的 MMSC与用户终端归属的 MMSC不 一致时, 发送方用户终端向 SP发送多媒体消息的方法除上述步骤 701 到 711夕卜, 还包括两个 MMSC之间的消息转发。 由上述方案可以看出, 通过 MMSG连接 SP与 MMSC, 由 MMSG 对 SP的统一接入和认证, 实现了业务接入与承载传输的隔离 , 降低了 MMSC的负载, 保护了核心传输设备, 加强了 MMSC的安全性。 而且, 可以由 MMSG控制 SP的本地接入和本地管理, 便于本地业务的开展。
总之, 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已 , 并不用以限制本发 明, 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 ?丈进 等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种多媒体消息系统, 至少包括: MMS终端、 多媒体消息业务 中心 MMSC:、无线应用协议网关 WAPGW和服务提供商 SP;所述 MMSC 用于接收、 存储和转发多媒体消息; 所述 WAPGW连接 MMSC和移动 网络, 用于承载 MMSC和 MMS终端之间的多媒体消息业务;
其特征在于, 该系统还包括: 多媒体消息业务网关 MMSG, 用于转 发来自 SP或 MMSC的多媒体消息, 并对多媒体消息中的 SP及用户和 提供的业务进行认证、 鉴权; 所述 MMSG与至少一个 MMSC和归属该 MMSG的 SP分别相连。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 MMSG为具有 路由功能的 MMSG。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统进一步包含: 与所述 MMSG相连的电话号码映射为域名的解析服务器 Ε ΌΜ DNS SERVER, 用于为 MMSG提供多媒体消息接收方用户归属的 MMSC的 地址信息。
4、 根据权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统进一 步包含用于对预付费用户进行计费的网关业务控制点 G-SCP , 其与 MMSG相连。
5、 一种转发多媒体消息的方法, 其特征在于, 在多媒体消息系统 中设置多媒体消息业务网关 MMSG, 并将该 MMSG与至少一个 MMSC 和归属该 MMSG的 SP分别相连, 该方法包括以下步骤:
a. SP向自身归属的 MMSG提交包含多媒体消息的业务请求; b. 收到该业务请求的该 SP归属的 MMSG, 对 SP进行接入认证及 对业务请求中的业务和用户进行鉴权, 并将该业务请求中的多媒体消息 转发给接收方用户归属的 MMSC。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步驟 b进一步 包括: 对于业务请求中需要订购的业务, MMSG对业务请求中的用户进 行业务订购关系鉴权。
7、 才艮据权利要求 5或 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一步 包括:
c从 MMSG收到多媒体消息的 MMSC对接入的 MMSG进行接入 认证, 并通知接收方用户提取多媒体消息; 接收方用户从自身归属的 MMSC获取多媒体消息;
d.接收方用户向其归属的 MMSC返回接收响应;该 MMSC收到该 接收响应后, 发送多媒体消息发送状态报告给 MMSG。
8、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 b中所述将多 媒体消息转发给接收方用户归属的 MMSC包括:
对于 MMSG与一个 MMSC相连的情况, MMSG直接将多媒体消息 转发给与其相连的单个 MMSC,并根据接收方用户标识判断该接收方用 户是否归属该 MMSC,如果该接收方用户不归属该 MMSC,则该 MMSC 查找接收方用户归属哪个 MMSC,并将收到多媒体消息转发给找到的接 收方用户归属的 MMSC;
对于 MMSG与一个以上 MMSC相连的情况, MMSG才艮据接收方用 户标识查找接收方用户归属哪个 MMSC, 并执行所述 MMSG将收到的 多媒体消息转发给找到的接收方用户归属的 MMSC:。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一步包括: 对于预付费用户, 所述步骤 b中, 收到多媒体消息的 MMSG向网 关业务控制点 G-SCP发起计费请求; 所述步驟 d中, 收到多媒体消息发 送状态报告的 MMSG向 G-SCP发送计费确认或补款请求; 对于后付费用户, 所述步驟 d中, 由收到包含转发成功信息的多媒 体消息发送状态报告的 MMSG触发计费, 生成计费话单, 并将计费话 单直接发送给计费系统或由计费系统取走进行计费。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步驟 d进一步 包括: MMSG将收到的多媒体消息发送状态报告转发给 SP。
11、 一种转发多媒体消息的方法, 其特征在于, 在多媒体消息系统 中设置 MMSG, 并将该 MMSG与至少一个 MMSC和归属该 MMSG的 SP分别相连, 该方法包括以下步骤:
A. 用户终端向 MMSC提交包含多媒体消息的业务请求;
B. 收到该业务请求的 MMSC才艮据业务请求中的 SP标识号码找到 SP归属的 MMSG, 并将收到的业务请求发送给该 MMSG;
C. 该 SP归属的 MMSG对 SP及业务请求中的业务和用户进行鉴权, 并将该业务请求中的多媒体消息转发给 SP。
12、 根据权利要求 11 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一步包 括:
D. 收到 MMSG发送来的多媒体消息的 SP向该 MMSG返回包含多 媒体消息提交是否成功信息的多媒体消息提交响应。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一步包 括: 对于预付费用户, 步骤 C中, 收到多媒体消息的 MMSG向 G-SCP 发起计费请求;步骤 D中,收到多媒体消息提交响应的 MMSG向 G-SCP 发送计费确认或补款请求;
对于后付费用户, 由收到包含转发成功信息的多媒体消息提交响应 的 ] V1MSG触发计费, 生成计费话单, 并将计费话单直接发送给计费系 统或由计费系统取走进行计费。
