Abstract

The present invention refers to a valve combined with a filter which is used preferably in trailers, activating the parking brake when the trailer is still and connected to the vehicle. Being also useful in its unbraking, parking and axle rising with suspensor because when the vehicle is unleashed the trailer gets no air, such valve is putting then air from tank in action, having in the sequence the wheels braking. The model comprises an equipment body (1) having a handle (2) in one end and on the other end a main air input (3)being located under the equipment body (1) there is another air input (4) and over the equipment body (1) ther is an air output (5) inside the equipment there is a set of components such as a piston (6) connected to the handle (2); being connected to the equipment body (1) there is a recipient for the filter (10) having a closing cap (11).

Description

AIR SUPPLY VALVE COMBINED WITH A FILTER
The present descriptive report of utility model refer to an improvement applied to a valve combined with filter manufactured in varied size and format, in metal, plastic and/or any other synthetic and/or natural material that can be used for the specific purpose.
The equipment is developed and designed to be used preferably in highway implements, in the braking unit activating the parking brake when the implement is still and connected to the vehicle (mechanical horse). Being also useful in its unbraking, parking and axle rising with suspensor because when the vehicle (mechanical horse) is unleashed the emergency becomes with no air, such valve combined with filter starts working putting then air from the tank in action, having in the sequence the wheels braking.
The said device might be also used in any other location and/or equipment as well as for suspensor axle rising, manually and/or automatically (directed) rising it or lowing it without depriving the valve combined with filter of its characteristics since its initially claimed characteristics are not lost.
State-of-the-art in this kind of devices is found very developed counting on a great variety of models of valves aiming the same as the equipment proposed herein but some observations must be done in relation to these models.
In State-of-the-art in a general way, it is found several models of valve that are connected to a filter through an adaptor in which constructive conception of such devices counts on several additional pieces like caps that make difficult and/or impossible maintenance of the equipment in its proper installation location having then to be taken off, and after it has been fixed, it has to be reinstalled in its original place. Devices found in State-of-the-art still make favorable the appearance of fragile points in the two pieces joint where it appears fluid leakages such as oil. The great advantage in the improvement applied to the valve combined with filter is in having an equipment that allows to take out the piston and/or the cap from the tank of the filter for inspection, change or repair from the components of the valve combined with filter without being needed to take out the equipment from the place where it is installed. Said equipment even presents the advantage of not needing adaptors and filters connected to the equipment because it already has such devices. Thus, said equipment results in a more practical and efficient device when it is compared to the ones that are similar and that have the same proposal which are found in State-of-the-art, because it allows its components maintenance in the place where it is installed as well as it does not need other devices that are usually used in the State-of-the-art. It even presents as an advantage the fact it does not have frontal cap avoiding leakages in screws or sealing ring as well as it is observed the building of assembly points in hexahedral to better fix connections.
Its new conception avoids additional cap linkage as it is being manufactured today, that is its building is aluminum injected body becoming a single component.
Such system is, thus, innovator in improvement applied to valve combined with filter once it intends to have an equipment that allows to take out the piston and/or the cap from the tank of the filter for inspection, change or repairs from the valve combined with filter without being needed to take out the equipment from the place where it is installed. Said equipment even presents the advantage of not needing adaptors and filters connected to the equipment because it already has such devices. Thus, said equipment results in a more practical and efficient device when it is compared to the ones that are similar and that have the same proposal which are found in State-of-the-art, because it allows its components maintenance in the place where it is installed as well as it does not need other devices that are usually used in the State-of-the-art. It even presents as an advantage the fact it does not have frontal cap avoiding leakages in screws or sealing ring as well as it is observed the building of assembly points in hexahedral to better fix connections.
Aiming that the improvement applied to valve combined with filter, object of the present patent to be clearly understood and taken into practice by any expert in such technological field it will be described in a clear, concise and objective way, having as a base a set of illustrative drawings in relation to the proposed model, being presented only as a demonstration, not intending to assure to it a limitative character to the patent protection being used only for a more detailed analysis of the characteristics to be claimed.
However, the present modeling must not be limited to its presented form being able to be considered other set up conceptions since they maintain the same distinctive functional characteristics from such basic model.
These draws present numeric references that are in the report, where:
- figure 1 shows a view in isometric perspective from the equipment showing its main consisting components;
- figure 2 shows a frontal view from the equipment;
- figure 3 shows a side view from the equipment;
- figure 4 shows a superior view from the equipment;
- figure 5 presents an AA cut from the equipment.
The model comprises an equipment body (1) having a handle (2) at one end, and on the other end a main air input (3) with a hexahedral form; being located under the equipment body (1) there is another air input (4) also with a hexahedral for; over the equipment body (1) an air output (5) also with a hexahedral form; inside the equipment a set of components interconnected such as a piston (6) connected to orings rings (7) and to the handle (2); being also as a component of the equipment a guide (8) and a set of nuts (9) all connected to the equipment body (1) as well as a recipient from the filter (10) having a closing cap (11) located in its inferior being installed inside the filter recipient (10), the filter (12) and the oring ring from the filter cap (13).
As it can be seen, the patent of the said utility model comprises an innovation in the actual system applied in valve combined with filter once it intends to have a device that is able to take out the piston and/or the cap from the tank of the filter for inspection, change or repairs from the valve combined with filter without being needed to take out the equipment from the place where it is installed. Said equipment even presents the advantage of not needing adaptors and filters connected to the equipment because it already has such devices. Thus, said equipment results in a more practical and efficient device when it is compared to the ones that are similar and that have the same proposal which are found in State-of-the-art, because it allows its components maintenance in the place where it is installed as well as it does not need other devices that are usually used in the State-of-the- art. Some features of the said model may be altered such as: materials, form, etc, without altering the initial claims.

Claim:
1 - "IMPROVEMENT APPLIED TO VALVE COMBINED WITH FILTER" characterized for comprising an equipment body (1) having a handle (2) in one end and on the other end a main air input (3) with external hexahedral form; being located under the equipment body (1) there is another air input (4) also with a hexahedral for; over the equipment body (1) an air output (5) also with a hexahedral form; inside the equipment a set of components interconnected such as a piston (6) connected to orings rings (7) and to the handle (2); being also as a component of the equipment a guide (8) and a set of nuts (9) all connected to the equipment body (1) as well as a recipient from the filter (10) having a closing cap (11) located in its inferior being installed inside the filter recipient (10), the filter (12) and the oring ring from the filter cap (13).
