Abstract

A device is provided which enables the rotor and the stator to rotate in opposite directions. The device may be used in combination with either a generator to generate electrical power and/or to an electric motor to generate mechanical power. The device may be used in combination with rotational power devices or turbine-type devices and may also be used in combination with a number of generators.
