As stated in the statement, the present invention relates to a carrier containing at least one inflatable element, specifically designed for use in lifeguards.
ANTECEDENTESDELAINVENCIÓNBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
At present, there are different types of inflatable lifeguards on the market, the arrangement of which comprises impervious internal walls, which can be filled with a pressurized gas, so that the swelling keeps the user afloat. Specifically, the petitioner of this Model is the owner of the Spanish model U200202540, referring to a small lifeguard system that is located around the neck of the user, and whose inflation is carried out thanks to a swelling device that acts on the inflatable element that It is collected inside.
Said lifeguards, of a compact type or similar concept, are required, to accommodate the subsequently inflatable element, to use removable housings, elastic inflatable elements lacking stiffness or single-use systems that often hinder their use and / or their subsequent use. swollen
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓNDESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The petitioner of the present invention has devised an innovative container for inflatable elements of a lifeguard of compact type, which comes to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks thanks to the use of a container that easily houses the inflatable element inside and allowing its inflated easily as well as your subsequent reuse
Specifically; the container adopts a toroidal inflatable elements form shaped section "C"'presents a longitudinal opening and whose thickness is substantially less than at the ends near said opening on the opposite side where it is substantially thicker. In the position of the lifeguard rest, the inflatable element remains rolled inside the container, which thanks to its shape, being sufficiently flexible, has the rigidity and hardness necessary to keep closed and prevent the inflatable element from leaving its housing involuntarily. inside.
Regardless of the method used to inflate the lifeline, when the hyper-swellable element is swollen, it increases in volume and forces itself to unwind by unfolding and opening the thinner and more flexible edges of the container outward. The variable thicknesses of the section of the container, make the structure only partially deformed, to allow the expansion of the inflatable element that it contains inside, the rest of the container remaining unchanged.
The container for inflatable elements object of the invention is suitable for use in any products that need to house an inflatable element in a compact and discreet manner but at the same time must always be ready for immediate use, without any preparations.
Moreover, its structure also serves as protection against punctures, tears, sunlight, etc. to which the inflatable element may otherwise be exposed, facilitating its handling and use, remaining folded and protected until its use.
Once used and deflated, the inflatable element can be re-rolled inside the container for a next use, since it has not been altered by its use.
The container for inflatable elements object of the invention, is therefore an object whose configuration and structure obviously derive advantages in its use for life-saving systems of compact type for which it has been conceived, thus providing them with the ability to reuse by not being deformed, maintaining the stability of the lifeguard once swollen thanks to the rigidity of its constitution, as well as the protection of the inflatable element or elements that it houses inside against external aggressions while it is collected and the absence of removable container housings at the time of use since the container for inflatable elements of the invention is in itself without the need to be disassembled for use.

Said container -1- is located around the neck of the user as seen in Figure 1, being able to be fixed by conventional hooking systems, preferably using a type of hook consisting of two cylindrical pieces, a male -3- and a female -4- that are introduced into the other being fixed thanks to two tabs -5- that exist inside. A bushing -6- attached to a spring -7- keeps the hitch that is released when a backward movement of the aforementioned casquiyl -6- closed.
This fixing system allows part of the ease of placement and removal of the lifeguard by the user as well as the perfect coupling of the container for inflatable elements to it, given the circular section of both see figures 2 and 3.
Another additional advantage of the aforementioned coupling system is given by the capacity of the male -3- and female -4- cylindrical parts constituting the same, to house additional mechanisms inside it, such as a CO2 bottle, used in automatic systems inflation, whose size is irreducible, offering container functions, without increasing the length of the device.
As can be seen in Figures 4 to 6 in which the different inflation phases of the inflatable element of the inflatable container are represented, the section of the container -1- has a thick wall area -1a- and paths -1b - substantially thinner at both ends of the opening -1c- that the container -1- presents, where it acquires sufficient flexibility to allow the exit of the inflatable element -2- to the outside.
En estado de reposo, el contenedor -1" permanece prácticamente cerrado y el elemento hinchable -2- enrollado en su interior está protegido frente a golpes, rozaduras u otras agresiones que podrían dañarlo (figura 4); al accionarse el mecanismo de inflado del salvavidas, el gas expande el elemento 34In the rest state, the container -1 " remains practically closed and the inflatable element -2- rolled inside is protected against bumps, scratches or other aggressions that could damage it (figure 4); when the lifeguard inflation mechanism is activated , the gas expands the element 3. 4
hinchable forzando su despliegue, este a su vez empuja las zonas -1 b- más finas del contenedor -1- ensanchando Ia abertura -1c- y permitiendo su salida al exterior (figura 5), finalmente una vez inflado completamente el elemento hinchable -2- Ia dureza y rigidez del contenedor -1- Io mantiene en su lugar (figura 6). inflatable forcing its deployment, this in turn pushes the thinner areas -1 b- of the container -1- widening the opening -1c- and allowing its exit to the outside (figure 5), finally once the inflatable element -2 is fully inflated - The hardness and stiffness of the container -1- Io keeps it in place (figure 6).
