Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'annonce publicitaire de magasins franchisés mettant en oeuvre un taux de rabais variable, ce système étant connecté à un système de point de vente (POS) au niveau d'un magasin franchisé membre et à un système d'analyse du taux d'utilisation ou un système de payement par l'intermédiaire d'Internet. Ce système permet de faire un rabais sur des prix d'achat, et comprend un module de détermination du taux de rabais pour déterminer de façon variable le taux de rabais, lequel sera appliqué à un prix d'achat entré à partir du système POS, en fonction soit d'un prix d'achat, d'un moment d'achat ou d'une marchandise achetée. Ce système comprend également un module de gestion du nombre d'utilisations destiné à limiter le nombre d'utilisations disponibles du système d'annonce publicitaire dans une plage prédéterminée, une base de données d'informations d'utilisation destinée à stocker le nombre d'utilisations disponibles et les utilisations réelles du magasin franchisé, un module d'affichage d'annonce publicitaire destiné à convertir une information d'annonce publicitaire transmise à partir du système d'analyse du taux d'utilisation en signaux sonores et d'image, ainsi qu'une unité d'affichage destinée à émettre en sortie les informations d'annonce publicitaire converties en signaux sonores et d'image. Le module d'affichage d'annonce publicitaire augmente ou diminue une fréquence de sortie des informations d'annonce publicitaire proportionnellement au nombre d'utilisations. Selon cette invention, étant donné que des acheteurs peuvent utiliser des taux de rabais déterminés de façon aléatoire, ils peuvent se divertir comme lorsqu'ils gagnent à la loterie en achetant des marchandises, ce qui les incitent à visiter une nouvelle fois les magasins franchisés et à acquérir des marchandises.
