Abstract

The invention relates to a shaker comprising a reservoir (12) which is used to receive a product which is to be distributed, and a shaker opening (3) which is used to distribute the product which is to be distributed. The shaker opening (3) is defined by an at least partially surrounding shaker edge (30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35) and is covered by a distribution aid (4). The shaker opening (3) is non-circular in shape and has a contour provided with at least one first area, which forms a longitudinal shaker edge (30, 31, 32), and at least one second area, which forms a short shaker edge (33, 34, 35). The inventive shaker is economical to produce and enables, not only a specific dosing but also as a generous distribution of the goods which are to be distributed.

Technical field

The invention relates to a spreading container according to the preamble of claim 1. The invention relates in particular to a baking spreader for spreading flour or other larger quantities of powdered spreading material used in the household sector.

State of the art

Such spreading containers are known. They are used for storing and spreading powdery spices. These spreading containers are usually designed in the form of circular cylinders. In a known embodiment, the entire round opening serves as a scatter opening.

In other embodiments, it is covered with a distribution aid, for example in the form of a perforated plate. In further embodiments, a plate is plugged onto the cylinder opening of the container, which plate is essentially closed and only opens a scattering opening in an edge region. This cylinder opening can be triangular, only one of these legs can be used as a scattering edge. The cylinder opening is rotatable

The cover has a first opening area which has essentially the same dimensions as the scatter opening and whose leg, which is congruent with the scattering edge, is designed to be easier to dose. Although these spreading containers are suitable for spices, they are unsuitable for spreading large quantities of powdered spreading material due to their limited clear width. Furthermore, they have the disadvantage that they consist of several movable parts, which increases the manufacturing costs.

Presentation of the invention

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a spreading container which is particularly suitable for spreading flour or other large quantities of powdered spreading material, which is inexpensive to produce and which nevertheless permits the most targeted metering possible and a large spreading of the spreading material.

This problem is solved by a spreading container with the features of patent claim 1.

The spreading holder according to the invention has a storage chamber for receiving a spreading material and a spreading opening for spreading the spreading material, the spreading opening being limited by an at least partially circumferential spreading edge and being covered with a distribution aid. According to the invention, the scatter opening is non-circular and has an outline with at least a first region, which forms a long scatter edge, and with at least a second region, which forms a short scatter edge. By turning the container appropriately, the spreading opening can be brought into the desired position suitable for spreading.

The scatter opening is preferably triangular, with at least two of its legs, preferably all three legs and also the corner regions, as scatter edges serve.

If the distribution aid is of the same design over the entire area of the spreading opening and is firmly connected to it, production costs can be minimized. However, it is also possible to arrange the distributing aid in a fixed position with respect to the scatter opening, but to provide it with differently shaped areas, or to arrange the distributing aid releasably.

1 and 2 show a preferred example of a spreading container according to the invention. It has a lower container part 1 and an upper container part 2. The upper container part 2 has a spreading opening 3 with a distribution aid 4 covering it. The spreading opening 3 can be closed with a cover 5 which can be put over it.

The lower container part 1 is cylindrical in shape with a triangular base surface, the sides of the triangle preferably being curved outwards and the corners being rounded. The bottom 10 of the lower container part is designed so that the container can stand independently. Its cavity forms a storage chamber 12 for a grit, for example for a food, such as for flour, ground nuts or a spice. So that the grit is non-slip in the hand, its jacket 11 is preferably provided with ribs 15. The jacket 11 has an inwardly directed step 16 in an upper region, as can be seen in FIG. 3. In the adjoining tapered area of the casing 11, a snap-in opening 13 is let in. The upper end face 14 of the jacket 11 is flat.

The upper container part 2 and lid 5 also have a triangular basic shape with sides that are curved outwards and rounded corners. This can be seen in particular in FIGS. 6 and 7.

According to FIG. 2, the upper container part 2 can be inserted into the lower container part 1, whereby it stands on the step 16 with a lower end face 20 and engages with the latching opening 21 in the latching opening 13. To fill the storage chamber 12, the upper container part 2 is removed. The lid 5 encompasses the upper container part 2 and stands on the upper end face 14 of the lower container part 1.

Upper container part 1, container edge part 2 and lid 5 are preferably made of a plastic or metal. A grid, for example made of metal, serves as distribution aid 4. It is preferably held fixed in position in the upper container part 2 and is preferably designed to be flat. A possible arrangement is shown in Figure 4. In this example, the grid 4 is melted into the plastic upper part 2. The container upper part 2 projects from the grille 4 with a rounded edge 22.

In another embodiment, not shown here, the distribution aid 4 is detachably connected to the container. In this case, the container can also be formed in one piece, since the spreading material can be filled into the storage chamber 12 by removing the distribution aid.

According to the invention, the scatter opening 3 is non-circular and has an outline with at least one first region, which forms a long scatter edge, and with at least one second region, which forms a short scatter edge. As can be seen in FIGS. 5 and 6, the scatter opening is preferably triangular. The legs of the triangle can, but do not necessarily have to be of the same length. In the example shown here, the triangle is equilateral, i.e. the three legs 30, 31, 32 are of the same length. The three corners 33, 34, 35 of the scattering opening 3 are preferably rounded, whereby they can have the same radius of curvature or different ones. In this example, the legs 30, 31, 32 thus form the long scatter edges and the corners 33, 34, 35 the short scatter edges. The entire outline of the scatter opening 3 forms the scatter edges.

It is also possible to use only a partial area or partial areas of the outline length as stray edges. It is also possible to design the scatter opening in other round shapes. For example, short and long stray edges can be formed by long or short straight legs. It is also possible, for example, to design the outline of the scattering opening in a rosette shape with different radii of curvature.

The above-mentioned edge 22 surrounds the entire scatter opening 3 and has essentially the same shape on the outside as the scatter opening 3. He is at least one Part, preferably bent over the entire length of the scatter opening outline to ease the scatter.

The distribution aid 4, as can also be seen in these figures, is preferably of uniform design over the entire area of the scattering opening 3, i.e. the grid has distribution openings of the same size over the entire area. However, it is also possible to use a distribution aid which is divided into individual areas, the individual areas differing in the size, shape and / or number of distribution openings.

The spreading container according to the invention can be produced inexpensively and still allows the most targeted metering possible and a large spreading of the spreading material.

1. Spreading container with a storage chamber (12) for receiving a spreading material and a spreading opening (3) for spreading the spreading material, the spreading opening (3) being delimited by an at least partially circumferential spreading edge (30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35) and is covered with a distribution aid (4), characterized in that the scatter opening (3) is non-circular and has an outline with at least a first region which forms a long scatter edge (30, 31, 32), and with at least one second area, which forms a short scatter edge (33, 34, 35).

3. Spreading container according to one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the scattering opening (3) has corners (33, 34, 35) which are rounded.
