- the lower end of the driver shaft 9 is engaged with the rotation shaft 6 through gears 11 and 12 so as to rotate the rotational assembly 5.
- the wind cone 10 may be installed inside the soap water container 2 having, for example, a rectangular pole shape. Inside the soap water container 2, frontward of the wind cone 10 is further provided a funnel-like air suction port 7, which includes an air supplier tube 7 a formed so as to be adjacent to the wind cone 10.
- connection between the rotation shaft 6 and the gears 11 and 12 of the driver shaft 9 is carried out through a worm and a worm wheel, as illustrated, or through a bevel gear (not shown).
- the soap water container 2 is structured in such a manner that the width thereof is gradually wider toward the rear side from the front side, i.e., the plane thereof has a triangular shape, thereby minimizing the effect of wind, but not limited thereto.
