Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système pour fixer des bougies d'allumage (4) destinées à des chaudières ou analogue, comprenant un élément de retenue (1) destiné à la fixation de bougies d'allumage (4) de chaudières, un orifice contenant le corps céramique (104) de la bougie d'allumage (4), ledit orifice se projetant axialement sur une certaine longueur au moins sur un côté de l'élément de retenue (1) de façon à former un boîtier cylindrique (5) pour le corps céramique (104) de la bougie d'allumage (4); un anneau de serrage cylindrique (6, 8) ayant des dimensions extérieures et intérieures qui lui permettent d'être inséré par ajustement serré entre la paroi intérieure du boîtier cylindrique (5), et la paroi extérieure du corps céramique (104), de façon à produire une force de serrage radiale prédéterminée sur la bougie d'allumage (4), et à obtenir un joint étanche entre un côté et l'autre de l'élément de retenue (1). Dans un premier mode de réalisation, l'anneau (6) est fait d'un métal ayant des propriétés de ductilité et de capacité de déformation prédéterminées. Dans un second mode de réalisation, l'anneau (8) est fait d'un métal ayant une capacité de déformation faible, et présente une pluralité d'ouvertures (108, 9) qui servent à relâcher la déformation radiale de l'anneau (8) lorsque la bougie d'allumage (4) est serrée à l'intérieur du boîtier cylindrique (5).
