Description

磁力密封阀流体的一种前处理方法
技术领域
本发明涉及以永磁体磁场力对阀口密封的永磁截止阀、永磁单向 阀、永磁止逆地漏等磁力密封阀, 尤其是对于永磁体使阀板与岡口相 密封并与流体直接接触的磁力密封阀,为防止因 7 兹体吸附流体中的 杂质致使阀产生漏泄,使其可靠密封,对流体釆取的一种前处理的方 法。
背景技术
已有的磁力密封阀, 当流体中含有磁性杂质时,会吸附在磁力密 封阀的永磁体上, 使阀门闭合不严, 发生漏泄甚至损坏接触面, 影响 阀的正常可靠工作。如: 作为厕所自动冲洗阀和定期溢流阀的一种永 磁单向阀 (中国专利号 86104109 )、 用于提高水表或流量计准确性的 一种磁力止回阀 (如, 中国专利号 01235804. 5 )及永磁水龙头。 有 的磁力密封阀虽然已在阀口的流体入口端加过滤网,这对于 ¾ 除较大 颗粒的杂质有效, 但对于小的铁末氧化铁碎渣等, 仍会通过滤网, 而 聚集在阀口永磁铁上,从而使阀口可产生漏泄现象; 对于做为自来水 的 7j ^兹水龙头, 尤其是旧的铸铁供水系统管道, 铁磁性杂质更多, 漏 水现象会更为突出。 另外, 对于永磁密封原理的止逆地漏, 这种现象 会更为严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供磁力密封阀流体的一种前处理方法,磁力 密封阀在流体中含有的磁性杂质时,首先在阀门前部采取去除该杂质 的前处理,以避免因磁性杂质被阀口永磁体吸引集聚而产生漏泄和阀 口损坏问题。
本发明的目的是这样实现的: 对已有永磁截止阀、 7 磁单向阀、 永磁止逆地漏等阀体内以永磁体磁场力实现阀板对阀口密封的磁力 密封阀 ,尤其是其永磁体与流体直接接触的磁力密封阀,为防止漏泄, 本发明对其流体采取一种前处理方法, 其特征是: 在磁力密封阀流体 进入端阀内的前部,设置强力附加永久磁体, 以吸附流过它的流体中 的磁性杂质,并且不影响阀板的正常工作;附加永久磁体的体积大小, 应对流体正向流动时流量减小的影响不超过 50 %。 本发明优点: 由于采用上述方案, 除了可以克服阀口因磁性杂质 产生的漏泄现象外,还可以避免流体中偶有较大固体磁性杂质时,对 磁性阀口接触面的损坏。

13、 固定网压圈 具体实施方式 下面以本发明对以公开专利 (CN86104109A )永磁单向阀 (以下 简称 "已有阀,,) 的改进结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
参照图 1、 图 2、 图 3、 已有阀的结构, 一个由永磁环 4、 特殊形 状的薄铁阀板 3、 门销 2、 上阀体 1、 下阀体 5组成永磁单向阀。 其 中, 特殊形状的薄铁阀板 3, 由导向铁 7、 特殊形状的薄铁阀板 3的 锥形体密封台 9、 薄圆铁阀板 8、 门销套 6焊接而成。 整个阀门除薄 圆铁阀板 8、 锥形体密封台 9、 导向铁 7、 7j 兹环 4之外, 其它零件 都为非磁性材料。
首先对已有阀工作状况进行试分析: 已有阀是在永磁环 4在磁场 力作用下, 吸合特殊形状的薄铁阀板 3, 锥形体密封台 9与永磁环 4 靠接触力形成阀口来实现密封逆止功能的,但是, 在流体中一但含有 磁性杂质 (如图 1 中磁性杂盾 10 )会随着流体吸附在 ?^兹环 4上, 使其与特殊形状的薄铁阀板 3上的锥形体密封台 9及薄圆铁阔板 8(如 图 2、 图 3 )吸合不严, 而造成磁力阀口的密封作用变坏, 发生漏泄, 严重时, 甚至使阀受损; 若在永磁环 4的前部仅仅采取加过滤固定网 口, 见图 4的固定网 12的措施, 则对于磁性杂质 10, 仍会通过过滤 网而集聚在永磁环 4上, 影响阀的密封性能发生漏泄现象。
以对已有阀进行改进为实施例介绍如下: 对该已有阀,对流入磁 力阀的流体进行一种前处理, 改进实施例见示意图 4 , 磁力阀的阔口 永磁环 4 的流体进入端的前部, 即阀的进口端设置强力附加永磁体 11 , 固定在固定网 12中心, 该网被压圈 13压紧在上阀体 1上。 附加 7 兹体 11的磁力大小, 需要足以吸附几乎全部流过它的流体中的磁 性杂质 10, 使流过的流体基本不再含有磁性杂盾而影响已有阀工作 及密封性能并可以避免阀口的接触运动部件受损;永磁体的体积大小 对流体正向流动时流量的减小影响不超过 50 %。

1、 磁力密封阀流体的一种前处理方法, 对永磁截止阀、 永磁单 向阀、 兹止逆地漏等阀体内以永 J兹体磁场力实现阀板对阔口密封的 磁力密封阀, 尤其是其永磁体与流体直接接触的磁力密封阀, 其特征 是: 在磁力密封阀磁力阀口的流体进入端阀体的前部,设置附加永久 磁体, 附加永久磁体的体积大小,应对流体正向流动时流量减小的影 响不超过 50 %。
