La prEsente invention concerne un procEdE pour acheminer un message A des abonnés à un service d'un rEseau de communication A l'intErieur d'une zone gEographique spEcifique. Le procEdE est caractErisE par le fait qu'un poste mobile appelle un numEro rEservE et que le rEseau de communication vErifie si ledit poste mobile apparaî dans une liste d'autorisation de diffusion cellulaire. Le poste mobile émet un message pour la diffusion audit numEro appelE et, s'il est vérifié que le poste mobile est 'autorisE', le rEseau de communication diffuse le message par l'intermédiaire d'un systEme de diffusion cellulaire. Ainsi, la prEsente invention a pour objet de fournir un systEme de diffusion cellulaire sEcurisE qui empêche les retards provoquEs par un opErateur humain.
