Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil respiratoire isolant (ARI) qui contient une source d'oxygène et des moyens nécessaires pour assurer un régime respiratoire nécessaire à l'homme dans un milieu gazeux inadapté à la respiration ou dans l'eau. L'appareil se distingue en ce que les moyens susmentionnés permettent d'assurer un écoulement et une consommation de l'oxygène inhalé selon les nécessités d'un humain respirant de façon endogène. L'invention décrit des variantes d'ARI avec des sources d'oxygène se présentant comme une bouteille, une cartouche de régénération et un sac de respiration. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'entraînement du système respiratoire humain, basé sur l'utilisation périodique pour la respiration d'un milieu gazeux hypercapnique et hypoxique, formé par un mélange du gaz exhalé ou avec de l'air atmosphérique. Il se distingue en ce que ce mélange est formé dans un rythme de respiration ordinaire, directement dans les poumons, en alternant des cycles du type A (inhalation d'air atmosphérique - exhalation) et des cycles du type B (inhalation de gaz exhalé - exhalation). A mesure que le nombre d'entraînements réalisés augmente et que l'organisme humain s'adapte au manque d'oxygène inhalé, graduellement, sans provoquer de sensations désagréables, on augmente le rapport q=TB/TA du temps TB de respiration de gaz exhalé par rapport au temps TA de respiration d'air atmosphérique pour une période d'entraînement dont le nombre ne dépasse pas 1, par l'augmentation du nombre de cycles de type B et par la réduction du nombre de cycles de type A (y compris pendant l'un des entraînements), jusqu'à une limite de q >> 1, et l'on réduit la profondeur de respiration. L'invention décrit des variantes du procédé qui utilise en tant que dispositif d'entraînement un ARI avec une source d'oxygène se présentant comme un sac de respiration. L'utilisation de l'appareil ARI permet d'améliorer sensiblement les propriétés d'usage des appareils de respiration, et le procédé de l'invention permet de réduire sensiblement les efforts volontaires, nécessaires pendant les entraînements pour développer une respiration endogène, utilisé comme moyen de remise en forme de l'organisme humain et parallèlement pour faciliter la maîtrise de l'appareil de l'invention.
