Abstract

L'installation comprend une tuyauterie (1) d'amenée de combustible à poussière de charbon, un canal (2) d'amenée d'air secondaire, un tuyau central (3) monté à l'aide d'une bride (4) dans le coude de la tuyauterie (1), avec possibilité de déplacement longitudinal. Dans le tuyau central (3), du côté de la chambre de brûlage, on a monté un plasmotron (5), qui a la possibilité de se déplacer axialement au moyen d'une tige (6) à l'intérieur du tuyau (3). Dans la partie terminale du tuyau (3), on a monté au moyen de consoles (7) un concentrateur (8) présentant en coupe longitudinale un profil aérodynamique. Les consoles (7) sont montées sous un angle de 0 à 18° par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du tuyau (3). Le plan du diamètre minimal du concentrateur (8) coïncide avec le plan de buse (9) de l'anode du plasmotron dans sa position d'extension maximale, et la conicité du concentrateur est comprise entre 1:5 et 1:3. La surface de passage du canal axial dans la tuyauterie (1), coupée par le concentrateur (8), correspond à 0,4 - 0,5 de la surface de passage de la tuyauterie (1).
