Description

Klimaanlage eines Kraftfahrzeugs Air conditioning system of a motor vehicle
The invention relates to an air conditioning system of a motor vehicle according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
Such air conditioning is disclosed in the generic DE 197 31 980 AI. The air conditioning system has two ventilation zones which can be temperature-controlled independently of one another and are separated from one another on the air side by a partition wall downstream of the heat exchanger. If the temperature in the two ventilation zones differs greatly, the temperature can be influenced between the two ventilation zones by heat conduction through the partition between the two ventilation zones and subsequent heat convection in the respective ventilation zone.
The object of the invention is to provide an air conditioning system, the ventilation zones of which are largely thermally decoupled from one another.
The object is achieved by an air conditioning system with the features of claim 1.
One embodiment of the air conditioning system has a partition which is either constructed from heat-insulating materials or is covered with corresponding heat-insulating materials. Equipping the partition with heat-insulating materials enables the heat conduction in the partition to be reduced without requiring a large amount of structural space. In particular, the partition wall can be covered with heat-insulating materials without further ado constructive measures on partitions of existing air conditioning systems are carried out.
One embodiment of the air conditioning system has a partition, which is double-walled over its areal extent. The double-walled design of the partition wall enables a very high thermal decoupling of the two ventilation zones.
A special embodiment of the air conditioning system has a partition which is made in one piece with the housing of the air conditioning system. With a one-piece design of the partition wall with the housing, there is a particularly low design effort, in particular no separate tools.
An embodiment of an air conditioning system according to the invention is shown in the drawing.
Dabei zeigt:It shows:
Fig. 1 is a sketched representation of an embodiment of an air conditioning system according to the invention.
The embodiment of an air conditioning system 1 shown in FIG. 1 has a blower 2, a refrigerant heat exchanger 3 and a heating water heat exchanger 4. These are arranged in series in the order of the air flow. Two cold air channels are arranged parallel to the heating water heat exchanger 4, via which cold air can be guided past the heat exchanger. The air flowing through the heat exchanger is divided into two air flows by a partition 11 of the air conditioning system 1. One of the two cold air ducts with the cold air flap 51 arranged there and the air path of the hot air flow there with the warm air flap forms a temperature control device for the ventilation zone with the air mixing space 5 and the air outlet 53. The other cold air duct with the cold air flap 61 there forms together with the warm air path there and the associated hot air flap 62 a further ventilation zone with the Air mixing space 6 and the air outlet 63. The partition 11 of the air conditioning system 1 separates the air mixing space 5 from the air mixing space 6. For better thermal separation, the partition 11 is double-walled in the embodiment shown. The blower 2 of the air conditioning system conveys air in the recirculation mode from the cabin or in the fresh air mode from the surroundings of the vehicle into the air conditioning system 1, in which it is first passed through the refrigerant heat exchanger 3. At appropriate temperatures of the air sucked in via the blower 2, heat is extracted from the air flow via the refrigerant heat exchanger 3 in cooling operation. The air stream sucked in cold by the blower 2 or now cooled via the refrigerant heat exchanger 3 is used for the temperature control devices of the two ventilation zones, which are composed of the heat exchanger 4, the two cold air flaps 50 and 61, and the associated hot air flaps 52 and 62. Downstream of the temperature control devices, cold and warm air are mixed in the respectively assigned air mixing rooms 5 and 6 and fed to the vehicle cabin via the outlets 53 and 63.
