From heat-exchanger (64) water is led to heat exchanger (32). The hot distilled water (58) emittes it's heat through the wall (38) to the water (52).
- the heated water (53) is transported by the tube (33) to the shower nozzle (34) there it's sprayed through several small holes like shower jets (35), these hits the walls (36).
- Tube walls (36) have a temperature that is higher than the boiling point for the water in the container (43).
- the water from the shower jets (35) is partly evaporated when it hits the tube walls (36).
- the cover (44) prevents non evaporated water from following the steam (55) in to tube (42).
- Non evaporated water that contains increased percentage of the contamination substances called “brine” (60) is collected in the bottom of the container (43).
- “Brine” is led by channel (45) to heat-exchanger (64) there, by channel wall (66) the heat is emitted to the water (65).
- the cold “brine” (67) is evacuated by the outlet (46).
- the compressor (28) that is of radial type sucks the steam in through the centre (56) of the paddle-wheel, the steam is led by the paddles (57) to the channel (29).
- the compressor sucks steam from channel (42) to channel (29) is consequently the pressure higher in channel (29) then in channel (42).
- the pressurized steam (29) emittes by the channel walls (36) (that is cooled by the shower jets (35)) so much heat that it is condensed.
- the condensation water (58) which is the purified water is led by the channel (37) to the heat-exchanger (32) there it by the channel walls (38) emittes further more heat to the water (52).
- the cold condensation water (59) is led by the channel (39) to the valve (40) after that through the outlet (41) leaving the machine as purified water.
- the compressor (28) is by a transmission (26) driven of a Stirling engine.
- the Stirling engine consists of a power cylinder (24) and a displacer cylinder (5), those two cylinders are connected to each other with a tube (17).
- the power cylinder contains a power piston (22) that transmittes the power to the piston rod (21) that is mounted to the piston by the piston bolt (63).
- the force of the power piston rod creates through the crank shaft (20) a torque in the main shaft of the engine. (25).
- crankshaft (20) is through the displacer piston rod, driving the displacer piston shaft (18).
- the displacer piston shaft moves in bearings (18) and is sealed (61) in the displacer cylinder (5)
- the displacer cylinder (5) has a cold side (50) there the air is cooled and a hot side (48) there the air is heated. Outside the cold part of the displacer cylinder (5) is a container (4) that contains cooling water (30).
