Description

PROTECTION-CLAMPING SYSTEM
The subject of the invention is a protection- clamping system, designated to be mounted on circular elements, closed first, according to their purpose, serving to protect twist-off bottle caps, various types of corks, against attempts to manipulate or damage the element.
There are various types of protection on bottles or other containers, usually caps or heads. Also produced are special tapes or foil disks inserted directly inside the cap or glued on the outer side. A cap or a head inserted onto a filled container is wrapped in metal foil and then it is inductively locked by sealing the foil with the rim. In all seals of this type, made by inductive welding method, the metal foil plays the role of an antenna, at the same time allowing for changing the electrical energy into heat that melts the foil together with the thermoplastic stuff, closing the container.
It has already been proposed, particularly in patent description PL 174528, to close a container with a threaded head with elements showing unauthorized manipulation, with a side shield with a thread designated to be connected with the threaded upper part of the container and a sealing disk, of dimensions adapted to those of the outlet of the container top part. The elements showing unauthorized handling are in the upper panel of the screw head, from which a flap protrudes actuating the connection with the top surface of the sealing disk. The purpose of this invention is the development of such a system that protects the manipulation of the closed elements and at the same time not integrated with the dampening element, head or cap.
The protection-clamping system, according to the invention, is applied to circular elements, first closed with a cork, pin, head, on elements like: water- tap, bottle, barrel, etc.
The subject of the invention is in the form of a crown cap and has a two-part head connected with an articulated hinge and in the lower part of its circumference, from the inner side, symmetrically distributed press-stud strips and press-studs characterizing the seal protection. From the inner side, there are stabilizers, symmetrically distributed, supporting the stable location of the system on the closed elements. The material of this protection— clamping system is matched to the system's advantages, the system being single use and preventing access to the closed element, without destruction, damage, and impeding any reuse of the system. At the same time, it shows any conspicuous effects of manipulation or whether the element protected has been impaired. The assembly of the protection-clamping system, according to the invention, is effected by bending both halves of the bottom, putting it on the closed opening and pressing the press-studs in and snapping them closed. The system has handles placed symmetrically on both sides of it, supporting removal of the system. The subject of the invention is presented as a sample product in fig. 1. with a side view of the protection-clamping system shown, fig. 2 corresponding view from the top, fig. 3 shows the cross-section along the shading and the press-stud system.
As shown in the drawing, the protection-clamping system has a bottom with 1 arc rim, shaded by articulated hinge, 7 along its diameter, and circumference 2 that, according to sample invention is the protection-clamping part and has symmetrically placed press-stud strips 3 and press-studs 4 allowing to snap close the strips, stabilizers 5 responsible for stable locating on the cap and handles 6 helping to take off the cover.

PATENT RESERVATIONS
1. The protection-clamping system in the form of a crown top has a bottom with arc rim, shadowed along its diameter 7 and circumference 2 in which press-stud strips and press-studs are symmetrically placed, characteristic with the fact that upon putting the system over the hole and snapping the press-stud strips 3 closing the press-studs 4 its sealing takes place. .
2. The system according to reservation 1 , characteristic with the fact that upon putting the system over the hole-closing element, the former prevents access to the material enclosed without destroying or damaging the system.
3. The system, according to reservation 1 characteristic with the fact that it is a single -use system. .
4. The system, according to reservation 1 characteristic with the fact that it has stabilizers 5 whose function is to fix the system's location on the container.
5. The system, according to reservation 1 characteristic with the fact that the handles for removal of the system of destruction 6 are placed on both its sides symmetrically.
