Description

FOLDING SHADOW OBJECT OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention, as expressed in the statement of this specification, refers to a folding umbrella whose purpose is to provide an umbrella of the type used in beaches but with its elements Collapsible and foldable to occupy a much smaller space and can easily be transported in a suitable bag. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION There are known beach umbrellas that have a sunshade surface secured in rods that are connected through lower arms with a bushing provided with a fastening button, this bushing presenting axial displacement relative to an upper rod of the umbrella that is fitted in a lower ground fixing rod through a height adjustment element. These known umbrellas have drawbacks related to their size being excessively large due to the large shadow surface they must provide; so that even when the umbrella is collected, it has a large occupation of space, its transportation is quite uncomfortable. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION To achieve the objectives and avoid the inconveniences indicated in previous sections, the invention consists of a folding umbrella that has a sunshade surface attached to rods that are connected through lower arms with a cap provided with a button subjection; presenting this axial displacement bushing with respect to an upper rod of the umbrella that can be fitted in a lower ground fixing rod, through a height adjustment element. Novelly, according to the invention, said rods have several articulated sections while the These stems have several machi-female or telescopic sections, so that the umbrella can be folded and collected taking up very little space. According to an embodiment of the invention, each of said rods has a first section that articulates at a first end with the upper part of the upper rod, by a second end with the central area of a lower arm, and by an area close to this second end with a first end of a second section of rod whose opposite end articulates with the end of a third and last section of rod; there being in the vicinity of this end of the third rod section an articulation with the outermost end of said lower arm, while the innermost end of said arm articulates with the axial displacement bushing. According to another embodiment of the invention, each of said rods has a first section that articulates at a first end with the upper part of the upper rod, by a second end with the first end of a second section or rod and by a central area with the central joint of a lower arm composed of two articulated sections; articulating the innermost end of the first section of this arm with the axial displacement bushing, while the outermost end of the second leg of said arm articulates with the second rod section in an area close to its said first end; there is another point of articulation in the second section of said arm that is in proximity to its outermost end and that connects with the first end of a third section of rod that runs approximately parallel to the second section of rod and whose other end articulates with the innermost end of a fourth section of rod; There is another articulation point near this innermost end of the fourth rod section that connects with a second or outermost end of the second rod section. According to the invention, an independent bag can be provided with an upper department in whose mouth the corresponding handles are located and provided for storing the sun visor surface assembly with the rods folded without the machi-female sections of the upper and lower stems; and provided with a lower department with side zip to store said machi-female sections. Embodiments are provided in which the umbrella rods are arranged in number eight, so that the contour of the parasol surface is octagonal; and embodiments in which said number is four, providing a rectangular or quadrangular parasol surface contour depending on different or equal angular separations between the rods. With the described configuration, the umbrella of the invention has the advantages that the set of rods can be articulated and folded taking up very little space, and that the sections of the shank of the umbrella can be disassembled in various sections, which also provides a much smaller occupation of the whole. In addition, all these pieces of the umbrella removed and collected can be stored in a bag of relatively small dimensions and that facilitates the transport of the umbrella. Next, in order to facilitate a better understanding of this descriptive report and as an integral part thereof, some figures are attached in which the object of the invention has been shown as an illustrative and non-limiting nature. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES Figure 1.- Represents a profile view of a folding umbrella made according to the present invention, deployed, with all its elements mounted and arranged to be embedded in a floor. Figure 2.- Represents the upper part of the umbrella referred to in the previous figure 1 once the corresponding rods have been folded. Figure 3.- Represents a perspective view of a bag suitable for transporting the component parts of the umbrella of the invention. Figure 7.- Represents a profile view of the rod of the previous figure 6, once it is folded. DESCRIPTION OF ONE OR VARIOUS EXAMPLES OF EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Next, a description of two examples of embodiment of the invention is made, referring to the numbering adopted in the figures. Thus, in both embodiments, the umbrella has a sunshade surface 1 attached to rods that are connected through lower arms with a bushing 16 provided with a fastening button 17. The bushing 16 has axial displacement in both embodiments with respect to a upper rod 2 of the umbrella that can be fitted in a lower ground fixing rod 3, through a height adjustment element 6; as can be seen in Figure 1. Also in both embodiments, said upper rod 2 is composed of two sections 4 and 5 machi-female, while lower rod 3 is composed of four sections 7 to 10, machi-female , as seen in the Figure 1 . In both embodiments, the rods that support the sun visor surface 1 are articulable and foldable, so that the umbrella assembly once disassembled and folded can be collected in an independent bag 11, as shown in Figure 3. Said bag 11 has an upper department 13 in whose mouth there are the corresponding handles 12 and which is intended to store the sun visor surface assembly 1 with the rods folded and without the machinable sections of the upper 2 and lower 3 stems. In addition, said bag 11 has a lower department 14 that has a side zipper 15 and in which the said machi-female sections of stems 2 and 3 are stored. According to a first embodiment of the invention, shown in Figures 4 and 5, each of said rods has a first section 19 that articulates at a first end with the upper part of the upper rod 2, at a second end with the central zone of a lower arm 18, and by an area close to this second end with a first end of a second section of rod 20 whose opposite end articulates with the end of a third and last section of rod 21. In proximity to this end of the third section of rod 21 there is an articulation with the outermost end of said lower arm 18, while the innermost end of said arm 18 articulates with the axial displacement bushing 16. This configuration allows a folding and unfolding of the rods as shown in Figures 4 and 5. According to a second embodiment of the invention, shown in Figures 6 and 7, each of said rods has a first section 24 which articulates by a first end with the upper part of the upper rod 2, by a second end with the first end of a second section of rod 25 and by a central area with the central joint of an arm lower part consisting of two articulated sections 22 and 23. The innermost end of the first section 22 of said arm articulates with the axial displacement bushing 16, while the outermost end of the second section 23 of said arm articulates with the second rod section 25 in an area close to its referred first end. In addition, there is another point of articulation in the second section 23 of said arm that is in proximity to its outermost end and that connects with the first end of a third section of rod 26 which runs approximately parallel to the second section of rod 25 and whose other end articulates with the innermost end of a fourth section of rod 27. In proximity to this innermost end of the fourth section of rod 27 there is another articulation point that connects with a second or outermost end of the second rod section 25. With this configuration, the rod of this second embodiment can be folded and deployed as shown in Figures 6 and 7. The umbrella rods are preferably arranged in number of eight or four, providing contour sunshade surfaces octagonal in the first case and rectangular or quadrangular contour in the second.
