以下の(a)又は(b)のＴＲＦ２ＤＮＡ結合ドメイン変異体タンパク質又はその塩。(a)野生型hTRF2のDNA結合ドメインのアミノ酸配列において、10位のリシンからアルギニンへの置換、34位のアラニンからセリンへの置換、47位のアラニンからセリンへの置換及び59位のアルギニンからリシンへの置換からなる群より選択される少なくとも１つの置換がなされているアミノ酸配列を有するタンパク質(b)(a)のタンパク質のアミノ酸配列において、10位のアミノ酸、34位のアミノ酸、47位のアミノ酸及び59位のアミノ酸以外の１若しくは数個のアミノ酸が欠失、置換若しくは付加されたアミノ酸配列を有し、かつ5'-TTAGGG-3'で表される配列を含む二重らせんＤＮＡへの結合能が配列番号２のアミノ酸配列を有する野生型ＴＲＦ２ＤＮＡ結合ドメインよりも高いタンパク質
