Abstract

A magnetic shoe shutter for fixing a shoe constitutes at least one pair (1, 2) of two elements having magnetic connection. The elements in each pair are located in a distance between each other, and adapted in such a way that magnetic attractive power between the elements always occurs. Expedient are the elements located on the upper side of the shoes, at the place where the holes for the shoes lace are normally located. The invention is advantageous in that a user of the shoes is able to take off or on the shoes without using the hand/hands, which is beneficial for example for handicapped users. Moreover it is advantageous that the power a user shall provide when tighten the shoe will not be weakened after repeated use.

Description

Magnetic shoe shutter.
The magnetic shoe shutter applies to fix the shoe on the foot in an easy way. The magnets 1 and 2 are eventually fitted with snap locks on the shoe where the laces normally are places, nearer or longer from the centre of the shoe towards the sides, in order for people having a higher instep to place the magnets on snap locks nearer the centre of the shoe. The magnets that can have different sizes, embodiments and strength shall attract each other.
It will be easier to take on and off he shoes, and at the same time the shoes sits tight and fixed to the feet. Magnets 1 and 2 is easier to separate from each other, and when the shoe is on, the magnets attracts each other, so there is no need in using hand/hands to close the shoe.
Magnets that attracts each other functions like a closing device on the shoe, which means that no hand/hands shall be, used in order to fixed and tight the shoe to the foot.
The magnets 1 and 2 are drawn from each other, "in the indicated example where the lace punches normally sits"; on figure A snap locks 4, (against the sides 5) before a shoe is put on. When the shoe fits properly on the foot, the magnets 1 and 2 seeks together, in such a way that the magnets attract each other when the shoe has its naturally form with the foot in. The magnets can come into contact with the foot tongue at closure, by which it is a good idea that the foot tongue has some rigidity and that the friction between feet tongues and magnets 1 and 2 are not to big. This can be done if the foot tongue where it comes in contact with the magnets 1 and 2 are provided with a smooth material. Likewise the magnets. The magnets shall be covered with shock-absorbing materials, for examples rubber since repeated thrust can break them.
Figure A
On figure A the magnets 1 and 2 (can be more) are fitted via snap locks 4 to each magnet (shall sit fixed) where the lace punches normally sits so they can attract each other. The magnets shall be covered with shock- absorbing materials (eventually rubber) so they do not break at repeated collisions. They have to sit such, that when the foot fits properly in the shoe, and the shoes has its natural form with the foot, the magnets seeks together and close the shoe or nearly close the shoe. Magnets 1 and 2 can touch the shoe tongue 3 by closure. In this case it's a good idea that the shoe tongue has a certain rigidity, and that sliding friction between the shoe tongue and the magnets 1 and 2 is not to big. This can be done by covering the shoe tongue, where it comes in contact with the magnets 1 and 2, with smooth materials. Likewise with the magnets. By opening the shoe the magnets 1 and 2 draws from each other against side's 5.

Claims

Patent Claims:
1. Magnetic shoe shutter to attachment of a shoe, where the shoe shutter comprises at least one pair of two elements that is magnetic connected, characterized in that the elements in each pair are placed in a distance from each other, where the distance is adapted such that there always is a magnetic attraction between the elements.
2. Magnetic shoe shutter as per claim one, characterized in that the pairs of magnetic elements are placed on the upper section of the shoe at the punch where the shoes lace normally is located.
3. Magnetic shoe shutter as per claim one or two, characterized in that at feast one element in a pair of magnetic elements has paramagnetic characteristic.
