Abstract

The invention relates to a overalls provided with a bib, feet and knee protections for protecting a crawling child and the clothes thereof comprising a large trousers made of a resistant, flexible, transpirable and washable tissue and provided with an elastic belt. Said trousers are elongated in such a way that it covers the feet whose soles can be optionally embodied such that they are anti-slip. The knee protections are upholstered and the bib is attached to the rear part of the trousers with the aid of adjustable elastic straps provided with an opening/closing locking system. The inventive overalls is designed for 6-15 month-old babies and can be used as a single garment or wearable in addition of the baby garment.

PANTALÓN CON PETO, PIES Y RODILLERAS PARA PROTEGER AL NIÑO Y SU ROPA MIENTRAS GATEAPANTS WITH PETO, FEET AND KNEES TO PROTECT THE CHILD AND HIS CLOTHES WHILE GATEA
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN: La presente solicitud, - según refleja el título y encabezamiento de dicha memoria -..tratará de describir un Modelo de Utilidad, aplicado a niños cuya edad oscila en torno a la etapa de "gateo", de 6 a 14 meses, o posteriormente si se desea. Esta utilidad, va destinada a proteger la ropa que el niño lleve puesta en el momento que éste quiera gatear, así como sus rodillas y pies, principalmente. Por tanto, al tratarse de una prenda textil, ancha y muy cómoda de poner, y al no temer ni el posible daño del niño cuando gatea, en ciertas superficies, ni el deterioro de la ropa que llevase puesta, estaremos fomentando el propio gateo del niño. ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN: Se sabe de la existencia de numerosas prendas textiles en forma de pijamas, - mejorando los sistemas de aperturas, principalmente -, o de piezas aisladas, para proteger sólo las rodillas: U 9802575. También se conoce la existencia de un Modelo de Utilidad: U 0281407, el cual consiste en un pantalón convencional abotonado, largo o corto, y provisto de protecciones en la zona de las rodillas y nalgas, en la modalidad larga, o sólo en las rodillas, en la modalidad corta. Este sistema, aunque con algún parecido de base respecto al ahora expuesto, queda muy corto en comparación con las ventajas añadidas del presente modelo, como serían por ejemplo, la protección de los pies, la zona del estómago y pecho del bebé. Además, este anterior modelo, tiene el inconveniente añadido, de la dificultad de colocación de la prenda al niño, ya que se trata de un pantalón convencional más o menos estrecho, lo cual también dificulta la acción propia del gateo, contrario a la idea que potencia el actual Modelo. DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCÍÓN: La presente invención se refiere a una prenda infantil protectora, destinada a cubrir y proteger, por un lado, la ropa que el niño lleve puesta en cualquier momento, y por otro lado, las rodillas, pies y pecho del niño en la acción de gateo. Esta prenda se caracteriza fundamentalmente por ser una especie de pantalón con pies y peto, realizado en una tela resistente pero flexible y transpirable - tipo vaquera -, el cuál será bastante amplio, de manera que le permita al niño una gran facilidad de movimiento, así como a los padres una rápida y fácil colocación del mismo. La prenda en cuestión, está constituida por un pantalón ancho, el cual se ciñe a la cintura mediante una goma elástica ( B ), que se prolonga hasta cubn'r los pies ( D ), ya que son estas partes del cuerpo, junto con las rodillas, las que más sufren por el roce del gateo. Por lo cual parece obvio, dotar a la zona de las rodillas ( C ), de unos parches confeccionados en una tela, o bien parecida en dureza a la propia de los pantalones, o aún superior - tipo piel -, y entre éstas, algún elemento que favorezca el mullido de esta zona - guata, gomaespuma -. Dicho pantalón, en su parte delantera, tendría una continuación superior a modo de peto, con el fin de proteger también los posibles roces del suelo en esta parte del cuerpo. La sujeción del peto con la parte posterior del pantalón, está prevista con unos tirantes elásticos graduables ( A ), a los cuales se les da la posibilidad de ir sujetos en su parte trasera, mediante un sistema de abrir/cerrar (E). En cualquier caso, lo que prima es la facilidad y rapidez de colocación, puesto que la intención fundamental de esta prenda, es que los padres o cuidadores la lleven siempre con el niño - por ejemplo, en la mochila del cochecito, o portabebés - de manera que cuando el niño quiera o esté en disposición de gatear, se le pueda colocar simplemente "estirando" la cinturilla del pantalón, introduciendo al niño en la prenda - con ropa puesta o no -, y "estirando" a su vez los tirantes para ajustar el peto. Dicho pantalón, en su parte delantera, se prolonga hacia arriba formando un . pequeño peto, el cual se sujeta a la parte posterior del pantalón, mediante unos tirantes elásticos graduables, a los cuales también se les dota de un "clip" o sistema de sujección al pantalón de abrir/cerrar.
