Abstract

本発明の金属粉末の成型法は、超硬合金に使用する0.5~10μの超微粒金属粉末成形の内ドリル、エンドミルタップ等の直径に比較して長い棒状材を上・下加圧方式の金型内で加圧成形する工程に於いて超微粒粉末を混合後パラフィン等の固体結合材で粗粒子に造粒し、この1次粗粒子表面に固体結合材と化学的に溶解、化学反応のない、且つ粘度が低く酸素を含有しない液体を2次相として表面コーティングし、金型内で上・下加圧することを特長とする棒状成型法。
