Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Polymersystem mit definiert einstellbarer Ladungsträgerbeweglich­keit aus mindestens einem halbleitendem Polymer, Co­polymer und/oder Polymerblend mit einer Ladungsträ­gerbeweglichkeit im Bereich von 10-8 bis 1 cm2/Vs und mindestens einem im Polymer, Copolymer und/oder Poly­merblend kovalent gebundenem organischen Dotiermole­kül als Akzeptor und/oder Donator. Verwendung finden derartige Polymersysteme, Copolymer und/oder Polymerblend in elektronischen Bauelementen, insbesondere organischen Feldeffekttransistoren, polymeren Dioden­strukturen, organischen Leuchtdioden und photovoltai­schen Zellen auf Basis von halbleitenden Polymeren.
