Abstract

Procédé de décoration de la paroi cylindrique de récipients comportant les étapes suivantes: a) des mandrins mobiles (12, 13) sont montés en boucle, se déplaçant en conservant leur axe parallèle à une direction D; b) chaque récipient est emmanché par sa paroi cylindrique sur ledit mandrin (12, 13); c) on amène le mandrin au voisinage d'un cylindre de marquage (11) tournant autour d'un axe fixe parallèle à la direction D; d) le mandrin (12, 13) est mis en rotation à une vitesse corrélée avec celle du cylindre de marquage (11); e) on fait défiler une bande support (14) de film transfert entre le cylindre de marquage (11) et le mandrin (12, 13); f) le cylindre de marquage (11) et le mandrin (12, 13) sont mis en contact de sorte que la zone marquée du film transfert (14) adhère à la paroi cylindrique; g) on éloigne la bande support (14) de la paroi cylindrique du récipient. Adapté à la fabrication des tubes souples, ce procédé peut être facilement mis en oeuvre sur des dispositifs existants, appelés bouchonneuses.
