Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système centrifuge comprenant un moteur d'entraînement monté indépendamment d'un porte-échantillon, pour éliminer les forces nocives qui agissent sur un arbre d'entraînement du moteur. Dans un mode de réalisation sélectionné, un porte-échantillon et un élément tubulaire présentent respectivement des surfaces profilées qui peuvent coopérer, lesdites surfaces permettant un léger mouvement de pivotement en cours d'utilisation, et de minimiser les vibrations de l'échantillon et d'améliorer la séparation souhaitée des échantillons tout en minimisant le remélange des échantillons. Dans d'autres modes de réalisation sélectionnés, un système de gestion d'air permet le refroidissement du moteur et de minimiser le chauffage des échantillons.
