[1] The pharmacist should prepare powder medicine to his patient who cannot swallow tablet. [2] The present invention regards to the apparatus for powder distribution which is used by the pharmacist when preparing tablet medicine into powder medicine, Background Art [3] If a doctor prescribes to his patient 1/3 tablets of 'A' drug and 1/2 tablets of 'B' drug as a single dose three times a day for 2 days, a pharmacist should put 2 tablets of 'A' drug(l/3*3*2=2) and 3 tablets of 'B' drug(l/2*3*2=3) into a mortar, crash them with a medicine pestle, and distribute the powder into 6 unit medicine wrappers with a spoon. [4] In past days pulverizing machine is separated from distributing machine : pulverized by a mixer and distributed by another distributing machine or manually. [5] This work of pulverizing tablets into powder and distributing the powder in different machines is not only inconvenient but also hard to distribute the powdered medicine in a necessary number of unit medicine wrappers in an equal. [6] For improving these problems I have invented an apparatus for distributing powder that pulverizes tablets into powder and distributes the powder into unjt medicine wrapper in a single machine(Korean patent No. 0391771). Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem [7] But my past invention(Korean patent No. 0391771) has one weak point: difficulty in inserting distributing nozzle into unit medicine wrapper. Technical Solution
[8] For solving the difficulty in inserting distributing nozzle into unit medicine wrapper, the present invention shows firstly a distributing device with distributing nozzles rotating via a horizontal hinge and secondly a ring-shaped medicine wrapper with radially arranged drug containing space(unit medicine wrapper) and inner closed curved margin. Advantageous Effects
[9] These distributing device and ring-shaped medicine wrapper improve preparing efficiency because of inserting distributing nozzle into medicine wrapper at a time. Brief Description of the Drawings

[14] Hereinafter, I will explain the execution example of this invention through drawings. Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing disassembled structure of an apparatus for powder distribution. Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of an apparatus for powder distribution. A cap(l) is disc-shaped cover and covers pulverization chamber(3) according to a need. This cap is united with pulverization housing via hinge.
[15] The pulverization housing(2) surrounds pulverization cylinder(21) and it is united the cap via hinge upwards and distributing housing(6) via hinge downwards. There are several holes including pulverization housing springs(24) in some part of the pulverization housing. The springs support the pulverization cylinder upwards. There is an electrical spot(23) in some part of the pulverization housing and another electrical spot(22) in some part of the pulverization cylinder. If these two electrical spot are contacted electricity flows to operate motor(7). There are several holes in pulverization housing that pillars of press(27) penetrate. These pillars of press unite press(25) and heating plate(28)
[16] Pulverization cylinder(21) is inside pulverization housing(2). Inside space of the pulverization cylinder is pulverization chamber(3). Pulverization cylinder(21) is movable up and down relative to pulverization housing(2). Pulverization cylinder(21) is supported upwards by pulverization housing springs(24). Pulverization cylinder(21) adjoins distributing disc(53) downwards. As the cap(l) is opened, pulverization cylinder is separate as small distance from distributing disc(53) by the elastic force of pulverization housing springs(24). Ring-shaped press(25) surrounds pulverization housing(2) outwards and is supported by press spring(26) upwards. Several pillars of press(27) connect press and heating plate. There are heating plates both above and below the medicine wrapper. As above heating plate presses inner(central) parts of medicine wrapper on below heating plate, inner parts of medicine wrapper are sutured. Press spring(26) supports press upwards.
[17] Pulverization chamber(3) is a space where tablets are pulverized into powder. Pulverization chamber is surrounded by the cap(l) upwards, the pulverization cylinder to the side and distributing disc downwards. As cap(l) is opened, there is a slit(52) between pulverization cylinder(21) and distributing disc(53) by the elastic force of pul-
verization housing springs(24). During pulverizing phase we press the cap downwards. Then pulverization cylinder moves downwards and pulverization space become closed space. In this time the electrical spot(23) of pulverization housing contacts the electrical spot(22) of pulverization cylinder and electricity flows to operate motor(7). Finally cutters rotate and pulverize tablets into powder. The powder pulverized by cutters is piled on the distributing disc. During distributing phase we open the cap(l) and operate another switch(not shown) to supply electricity to motor. In this case distributing disc(53) is rotate by motor and powder medicine on the distributing disc move radially through the slit(52) to medicine wrapper(4) by centrifugal force.
[18] Medicine wrapper(4) is made of two ring-shaped papers(41,42). Outer radii of the two ring-shaped papers are an equal dimension but inner radius of the one paper(above) is smaller than that of the other paper(below). After overlaping these two ring-shaped papers, we suture their outer margins(44) and radii(43) every some degree. The openings of the unit medicine wrapper is between inner(central) margins of the two ring-shaped papers. The distributing nozzle(54) of the apparatus is inserted into these openings. Fig. 4 is a perspective view of distributing device(51,53,54,55,56,57) showing distributing nozzle(54) inserting into medicine wrapper. We can make various medicine wrappers including 4, 6, or 8 units medicine wrappers etc. according to a need. In any case we have to use distributing device with equal numbers of nozzle to the numbers of unit medicine wrapper.
[19] I show circular ring shaped medicine wrapper in this example of execution. But other shaped medicine wrappers are available: trigon, square or hexagon, etc. But, in any case, inner margin of medicine wrapper should be closed curve for distributing nozzle to be inserted to the medicine wrapper at a time.
[20] Distributing device locates below pulverization chamber(3) and extends to distributing chamber(5). Distributing device includes cutters(51), distributing disc(53), distributing nozzle(54), clutch bearing(56) and dependent shaft(57). Distributing disc(53) is rotated by rotating force from clutch bearing. Clutch bearing(56) transmits rotating force from dependent shaft(57) to distributing disc(53) only when the dependent shaft rotates in one direction. Distributing nozzles(54) project radially and are inserted into medicine wrapper(4). In this example of execution distributing nozzles are six and each distributing nozzle is united with distributing disc via hinge. Cutters(51) are rotated by rotating force of dependent shaft which is rotated by driving shaft(71). The dependent shaft can be separated from the driving shaft: the total distributing device(51,53,54,55,56,57) can be separated from the driving shaft. Fig. 3 is a perspective view of a distributing device. The distributing nozzle(54) is deflected some degree against nozzle hinge(55) by its gravity. After we put the center of distributing device in the center of medicine wrapper in order to coincide each unit distributing
nozzle with the opening of the each unit medicine wrapper, we move down the distributing device. Then each unit distributing nozzle is inserted into each unit medicine wrapper as the outside tip of each unit distributing nozzle slide outwards and upwards. Fig. 4 is a perspective view of distributing device that distributing nozzles are being inserted into medicine wrapper.
[21] There are several ventilation windows(61) in the wall of distributing housing(6). Equal numbers of filters are installed in the ventilation windows. The filter prevent powder medicine from scattering out. During distributing phase, distributing disc(53) rotates and air in pulverization chamber(3) flows to distributing chamber(5) by centrifugal force. At last the air is discharged out through the ventilation windows(61). These ventilation windows make the air flow from pulverization chamber(3) to distributing chamber(5) easily and it makes drug remainder in pulverization chamber reduce. The filters prevent pharmacy from air pollution by powder medicine.
[22] Motor(7) supplies rotating force to cutters(51) and distributing disc(53). In this example of execution motor is able to rotate right direction or opposite direction. In the example clutch bearing(56) transmits rotating force to distributing disc only when dependent shaft rotates opposite direction and doesn't transmit rotating force to distributing disc when it rotates to right direction. But motor doesn't have to rotate both directions: if means to transmit rotating force to cutters or distributing disc separately is available it is OK. Of these means are method transmitting rotating force using sleeve coupling or method using two motors which transmit rotating force to cutters and distributing disc separately. Driving shaft transmits rotating force from motor to dependent shaft. The dependent shaft(57) can be separated from the driving shaft(71).
[23] Hereinafter I explain the working process of the example of execution. In preparing 6 dose powder medicine, first, we put the center of distributing device(51,53,54,55,56,57) with 6 distributing nozzles(54) over the center of medicine wrapper(4) with 6 unit medicine wrapper in order to coincide each unit distributing nozzle with the opening of each unit medicine wrapper, we move the distributing device down. Then the outside tip of each unit distributing nozzle is inserted into each unit medicine wrapper as it slide outwards and upwards. Secondly, we lift the pulverization housing(2) and install the distributing device with the medicine wrapper on the driving shaft(71). Thirdly, we restore the pulverization housing(2) and open the cap(l). And we insert defined tablets into pulverization chamber(3). Fourthly, we press the cap. Then pulverization cylinder(21) moves downwards and the pulverization chamber(3) becomes closed space. Simultaneously electrical spot(23) of pulverization housing contacts electrical spot(22) of pulverization cylinder and electricity flows to operate motor(7). Finally cutters(51) rotate and pulverize tablets into powder. In this time the distributing disc(53) cannot rotate because of not being transmitted rotating
force from clutch bearing(56) and friction force between the distributing disc and the pulverization cylinder. Fifthly, after completing pulverization we open the cap(l). As the cap opened the pulverization cylinder is moved upwards as long as a slit(53) by the pulverization housing springs(24). Sixthly, we operate another switch(not shown) to supply electricity to the motor(7). In this case the motor rotates opposit direction. Then the clutch bearing(56) transmits rotating force to the distributing disc(53). The powder on the distributing disc move radially to medicine wrapper(4) through the slit(52) in an equal by centrifugal force. Seventhly we lift the pulverization housing(2) and extract only the distributing device(51,53,54,55,56,57) and leave the medicine wrapper(4) including the distributed powder. Finally we restore the pulverization housing(2) and press the press(25). Then heating plate(28) generate heat and the opening the medicine wrapper(4) is sutured. Industrial Applicability [24] The apparatus for distributing powder with this distributing device improves preparing efficiency of pharmacist. And the apparatus for distributing powder with ventilation windows and filters not only distribute powder medicine smoothly but also make less residue and less air pollutant in pharmacy.
