Abstract

Bandeja ergonómica, con una superficie central lisa, para la sustentación y el transporte de los diferente objetos y alimentos, el ala de la bandeja se encuentra interrumpida al menos en un lateral en forma de un entrante que constituye el asa de la bandeja, este asa muestra un perfil ergonómico cóncavo redondeado para el perfecto acoplamiento de la mano en dicha asa, el asa se sitúa junto a uno de los vértices redondeados de la bandeja donde en el momento de asir la bandeja con la mano se acopla la muñeca, ambos extremos del asa son terminaciones redondeadas que muestran en continuidad en un extremo, el ala de la bandeja y en el opuesto uno de los vértices de la bandeja.

BANDEJA ERGONÓMICA
DESCRIPCIÓN
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a una bandeja ergonómica pensada tanto para el transporte de distintos objetos como para comer sobre ella.
Caracteriza a la bandeja una zona de asido, que facilita la sujeción de la misma por parte del usuario en el momento del desplazamiento de los alimentos y elementos necesarios para comer, como vasos, platos y cubiertos .
La especial configuración de este asa facilita que el usuario coma sobre la bandeja.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Es conocida una multiplicidad de bandejas que muestran una superficie central lisa, y un ala alrededor de esta superficie, la configuración de este ala en algunos casos hace que no sea fácil el asido de la misma, o que comer en ella pueda ser molesto.
Ejemplos de bandejas que presentan este tipo de ala perimetral alrededor de la superficie central son:
• La bandeja descrita en el documento con número de solicitud WO0215757 donde se detalla una bandeja con una superficie central lisa y un borde entorno de la misma, la bandeja está compuesta por dos mitades, una superior y otra inferior, entre ambas partes, de las cuales al menos una es transparente, se puede colocar publicidad u otro tipo de mensajes. • La bandeja descrita en el documento con número de solicitud europea EP97914068, constituida por una capa inferior antideslizante, de tal manera que puede ser colocada sobre superficies muy pulidas sin peligro de que se deslice. Esta bandeja muestra igualmente un ala peri etral .
La bandeja de la presente invención resuelve los problemas que presentan las bandejas que muestran un ala perimetral en cuanto al asido, mostrando al menos una zona de agarre característica que además facilita el acceso a los alimentos que se encuentra en el centro de la bandeja cuando se come sobre ella.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención consiste en una bandeja ergonómica, con una superficie central lisa, para la sustentación y el transporte de los diferente objetos y alimentos .
La superficie central muestra en continuidad un ala que da estabilidad a los objetos que se encuentran en el centro de la bandeja. El ala se encuentra interrumpida al menos en un lateral en forma de un entrante que constituye el asa de la bandeja.
Este asa muestra un perfil ergonómico cóncavo redondeado para el perfecto acoplamiento de la mano en dicha asa .
El asa se sitúa junto a uno de los vértices redondeados de la bandeja donde en el momento de asir la bandeja con la mano se acopla la muñeca.
El asa de la invención por su especial constitución facilita que cuando el usuario coma sobre la bandeja tenga un fácil acceso al centro de la misma donde se sitúan los alimentos. El antebrazo del usuario cuando este está dispuesto para comer quedará apoyado en el asa o asas, mostrando de esta manera la bandeja un acceso mejor al centro de la misma. El asa de la invención se constituye en forma de un entrante cóncavo en el ala de la bandeja, ambos extremos del asa son terminaciones redondeadas que muestran en continuidad en un extremo, el ala de la bandeja y en el opuesto uno de los vértices de la bande- ja.
La bandeja muestra el asa en diferente lado en función de que sea para usuarios diestros o zurdos. Igualmente la bandeja puede presentar dos asas en disposición simétrica.
La bandeja está realizada en cualquier tipo de material pudiendo ser metálico, plástico o de origen natural.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Se complementa la presente memoria descriptiva, con un juego de planos, ilustrativos del ejemplo prefe- rente y nunca limitativos de la invención.
La Figura 1 muestra una perspectiva de la bandeja para diestros.
La Figura 2 muestra una perspectiva de la bandeja para diestros en el momento del transporte.
La Figura 3 muestra una perspectiva de la bande- ja para diestros en el momento en que el usuario está comiendo .
La Figura 4 muestra una perspectiva de la bandeja para zurdos.
La Figura 5 muestra una perspectiva de la bandeja con dos asas.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
A la vista de lo anteriormente enunciado, la presente invención consiste en una bandeja ergonómica diseñada para facilitar el transporte y la realización de comidas en la misma.
En la figura 1 se representa un ejemplo de la bandeja de la invención para usuarios diestros.
Esta bandeja presenta el asa en el lateral dere- cho. Este asa se muestra en forma redondeada para el perfecto acoplamiento de la mano y de la muñeca en la bandeja de manera que se facilita el transporte.
En la figura 2 se muestra un usuario asiendo la bandeja para el transporte de la misma. Asi, la zona (1) de sujeción principal, por donde el usuario agarra la bandeja es cóncava y se prolonga en continuidad hasta terminar en una zona (2) convexa que finaliza en el comienzo del ala de la bandeja.
En el extremo opuesto, la zona (1) de sujeción principal se prolonga en una linea cóncava (3) suave que termina en un vértice (4) redondeado de la bandeja. La mano que sujeta la bandeja se acopla perfectamente a la linea cóncava (3) suave, y la muñeca queda apoyada en el vértice (4) redondeado de la bandeja.
En la figura 3 se muestra un usuario en disposi- ción de comer sobre la bandeja, gracias al asa en forma de entrante cóncavo el usuario puede acceder con facilidad al centro de la superficie de la bandeja apoyando el antebrazo sobre la linea cóncava (3) suave del asa. Un segundo ejemplo de realización es la bandeja de la invención para zurdos de la mismas características que la anterior salvo que el asa se sitúa en el lado izquierdo del ala. Por último en la figura 5 se muestra un nuevo ejemplo de realización en el que la bandeja presenta dos asas enfrentadas. En las bandejas con dos asas es más fácil el transporte de elementos pesados. No alteran la esencialidad de esta invención variaciones en materiales, forma, tamaño y disposición de los elementos componentes, descritos de manera no limitativa, bastando ésta para proceder a su reproducción por un experto.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
Ia.- Bandeja ergonómica de entre las que muestran una superficie central de apoyo rodeada de un ala perime- tral, caracterizada por presentar al menos un asa en forma de entrante cóncavo que comprende, la zona (1) de sujeción principal que se prolonga en una línea cóncava (3) suave qué termina en el vértice (4) redondeado de la bandeja y en el extremo opuesto se prolonga en una zona (2) convexa que finaliza en el comienzo del ala de la bandeja.
2a.- Bandeja ercjonómica según reivindicación Ia caracterizada porque dispone al menos de un asa en el lado derecho de la bandeja.
3a.- Bandeja ercjonómica según reivindicación Ia caracterizada porque dispone al menos de un asa en el lado izquierdo de la bandeja.
4a.- Bandeja ercjonómica según reivindicación Ia caracterizada porque dispone simultáneamente de dos asas en disposición simétrica .
