CUSTOMIZING FITTING INSOLE AND MANUFACTURING AND CORRECTING METHOD OF IT Technical Field The present invention relates to a customizing fitting insole customized by foot shape and feature of individuals, and more particularly, to a customizing fitting insole in which at least two hot melt sheets are provided which are composed of thermoplastic resin reformable at a certain temperature and have a flexibility and hardness different from each other according to the sole of a foot. Background Art An insole of the prior art has been fabricated by mass production with reference to the data of average last by region, so that it has been impossible to post-form it suitable to one's foot shape and feature. However, when one gets on the insole that is not matched with one's foot shape and feature and walks down the road, an excessive load will be applied to the foot bottom, rendering one easily feeing fatigue, when prolonged for long-term, possibly causing a problem of damaging foot. To solve this problem, in case of a functional footwear including marathon footwear, golf footwear, inline skate, mountaineering footwear and so on, which are subject to receive a pressure with its certain region of the foot bottom, with the increase of a user population for it, it would be required a custom footwear customized by one's foot shape. However, such high functional custom footwear is provided so that a mold customized by one's foot is made using plaster, and a custom insole that is to be inserted into the footwear is made using the mold, so that it takes much time to make the mold and the insole using the same, causing a problem in that
mass production is impossible due to a process for customized ordering from particular person thus to be a burden on costs. Accordingly, recently, insoles have been developing which can be easily customized by one' s foot feature using heat-forming by the person. However, in case of many of the custom insoles of the prior art, they are fabricated by the steps of providing the insole suitable to a foot width and a size of the foot of a person, adjusting a height of the insole or laminating a cushion, and adhering thereto plastics for supporting the arches of the foot, so that there are no cases that one conveniently forms them later suitable to one's foot shape at a comfortable place that is not a particular place. Also, for the insoles of the prior art, instead of customized articles, articles for health to which forming materials such as charcoal, mineral stone, or jade powder and so on are added are the main current of products of insoles.

The embodiments and the drawings of the present invention have been described and illustrated in order only to easily explain the present invention, which could not limit the scope of the present invention. Therefore, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, it is intended that the present invention covers the modifications and variations of this invention that come within the scope of the appended claims and their equivalents. FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a customizing fitting insole suitable to one' s foot shape and feature according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a schematic exploded view showing a hot-melt layer composed of thermoplastic resin according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, a customizing fitting insole of the present invention includes a layer of common foam sheet 1, a fabric layer 2 for prevention of slip and moisturizing effect, hot-melt sheet layers 4 and 5 formable suitably to one's foot shape and supporting the layer of foam sheet 1, and a layer of non-woven fabric 3 for increase of adhesion force between the hot-melt sheet layer 4 and the layer of foam sheet 1. Herein, the layer of foam sheet is provided by foaming common material such as ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) or polyurethane (PTJ) and forming the same, and more preferably, instead of a closed cell type EVA foam sheet, an open cell type
PU foam sheet is used as the layer of foam sheet. Such foam sheet disperses the weight of foot, a load, to provide a comfort, protecting the foot from an external shock. The fabric of the fabric layer is attached on the layer
of foam sheet to obtain the prevention of slip of foot and the absorption of the sweat, and to print a gauge scale as to match with a standard size and shape of foot so that one can easily cut the same suitable to one's size and shape of the foot. Also, the non-woven fabric intensifies the adhesion between the hot-melt sheet and the foam sheet and has an auxiliary function of the absorption of the sweat and the reduction of heterogeneous feeling due to difference of hardness of hot-melt sheet . The sheet of the hot-melt sheet is preferably formed with thermoplastic resin formable at 70 to 90 °C and reformable by 5-6 times . The thickness of the hot-melt sheet is regulated to adjust a time required for forming. The thickness is generally regulated so that the forming can be conducted for 2~3 minutes. The above temperature range can be obtained using a hair dryer or oven without a separate heating device, so that one can easily form the customizing fitting insole at household to correct the same . Preferably, the fitting insole of the present invention comprises at least two hot-melt sheets having flexibility and hardness different from each other according to areas of foot bottom. The reason is that in a portion of toes, the hot-melt sheet with flexibility is advantageous into which toes can be bent, and in a portion of the arch, the hot-melt sheet with a structure for supporting the same and a load is advantageous to provide a comfort and balance to one's body. Also, at least two hot-melt sheets is preferably provided under the above foam sheet in such a manner that hot-melt sheets with different flexibility and hardness, each suitable to a
special portion of foot bottom, are laminated in a proper shape. Further, the portion of foot bottom is specified into particular portions according to motion and personal feature. To the particular portions, hot-melt sheet having flexibility and hardness suitable to the same is applied so that a comfort and balance are provided to the whole of the foot . To obtain a mass production, however, the portion of the foot bottom is preferably divided into toes, arch or heel. Herein, in the toes, the hot-melt sheet can be preferably used which has flexibility to be flexed according to the motion of toe joint. Also, in the arch, the hot-melt sheet can be preferably used which has a structure having stress (tension) for supporting the same , which structure disperses a load of one ' s body to reduce fatigue of foot and to correct the arch, particularly in case of flat foot . Further, in the heel, preferably, a thickened hot-melt sheet with flexibility is provided or a shock absorption member is further provided so as to soften the shock of foot . The shock absorption member may be EVA sponge, pylon sponge, polyurethane sponge and so on. If necessary, one can further attach a cushion to a desired portion. As shown in FIG. 2, a customizing fitting insole of the present invention including at least two layers 4 and 5 of hot-melt sheets comprises a fabric sheet layer 2 on a foam sheet layer 1 of the whole foot shape, and a non-woven fabric layer 3 under the foam sheet layer 1. The hot-melt sheet layers includes a flexible hot-melt sheet layer 4 (hot-melt sheet #1) under the non-woven fabric sheet to cover the whole foot bottom and the other hot-melt sheet layer 5 (hot-melt sheet #2) to the
arch to have stiff hardness. Herein, preferably, the two hot-melt sheets having different flexibility and hardness are properly cut to a portion of foot bottom and are then attached thereto. This is the reason why one can easily correct the insole when one re-heats the pre-formed insole to correct the same. That is, as shown in FIG.4, the customizing fitting insole of the present invention is manufactured by the steps of adhering the foam sheet and the fabric and laminating the same, pre-attaching the non-woven fabric to which gauge scale is printed and which is cut to foot shape, the pre-formed hot-melt sheet #1 and hot-melt sheet #2 one after another, inserting the laminated insole to be matched with a forming guide pin of a die, heat-forming the same, and cutting the heat-formed one. The method for correcting the insole by user comprises the steps of cutting out the customizing fitting insole manufactured according to the present invention to a gauge scale line suitable to a shape and size of the foot, pre-heating the insole with a dryer or oven at 70 to 90 °C for 2-3 minutes, and inserting the pre-heated insole into footwear and fastening shoelace for 4 minutes after one puts on the footwear, so as to correct the insole suitable to one's foot shape and feature. Industrial Applicability A customizing fitting insole is provided that one can heat-form it later suitable to one's own feature according to motion feature and foot shape so that one particularly having a flat foot or wide arch gets on a comfortable footwear using a customizing function. A customizing fitting insole and a manufacturing method thereof is provided in which process, time and costs for fabricating the same are reduced so that one can personally make
it easily proper to his foot shape. A method for correcting a customizing fitting insole is provided which has easy, simple, fast and economic forming process . While the present invention has been described and illustrated herein with reference to the preferred embodiments thereof, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, it is intended that the present invention covers the modifications and variations of this invention that come within the scope of the appended claims and their equivalents.
