根据上述发明目的, 本发明的具体技术方案是这样实现的: 一种实现多媒体优先业务的方法, 给使用多媒体业务的用户设备设 置优先业务级别, 该方法还包括:
A、 具有优先业务级别的用户设备向呼叫控制实体发起携带优先业 务标识的初始会话协议业务请求;
B、 呼叫控制实体收到所述初始会话协议业务请求后, 根据该用户 设备优先业务级别对该请求进行优先处理。
所述呼叫控制实体为代理呼叫控制实体、 或 /和服务呼叫控制实体、 或 /和查询呼叫控制实体。
当呼叫控制实体包括服务呼叫控制实体, 所述的用户设备优先业务 级别设置在归属用户服务器中时;
在步骤 A之前, 还包括获取优先业务级别的过程 .·
Al l , 用户设备向服务呼叫控制实体发送登记请求;
A12、 服务呼叫控制实体向归属用户服务器发送请求该用户签约的 消息;
A13、 归属用户服务器收到该请求用户签约的消息后, 返回给服务 呼叫控制实体携带有该用户设备优先业务级别的用户签约消息响应; A14、 服务呼叫控制实体从该响应中获取到该用户设备优先业务级 别。
当所述的用户设备优先业务级别还设置在用户标识模块中时; 步骤 A中所述初始会话协议业务请求中进一步携带有从所述用户标 识模块中获取的该用户设备优先业务级别;
步骤 B根据该用户设备优先业务级别对该请求进行优先处理之前, 还包括: 服务呼叫控制实体将从该初始会话协议业务请求中获取该用户 设备优先业务级别和从归属用户服务器获取的该用户设备优先业务级 别进行比较, 判断两者是否相同, 如果是, 根据该用户设备优先业务级 别对该请求进行优先处理; 否则, 向该用户设备返回该请求的失败响应 并丟弃该请求, 或者按照从归属用户服务器获取的该用户设备优先业务 级别对该请求进行优先处理。
所述的用户设备优先业务级别设置在用户标识模块中;
步骤 A中所述初始会话协议业务请求中进一步携带有从所述用户标 识模块获取的该用户设备优先业务级别;
步骤 B中呼叫控制实体收到所述初始会话协议业务请求后, 从该请 求中获取该用户设备优先业务级别, 然后根据该用户设备优先业务级别 对该请求进行优先处理。
在步骤 B 根据该用户设备优先业务级别对该请求进行优先处理之 前, 该方法还包括:
呼叫控制实体判断自身是否存在可用的资源, 如果是, 对步骤 B所 述初始会话协议业务请求正常处理, 否则, 对步骤 B所述初始会话协议 业务请求进行优先处理。
当呼叫控制实体收到一个以上携带有用户设备优先业务标识的初始 会话协议业务请求时,对步驟 B所述初始会话协议业务请求进行优先处 理包括:
呼叫控制实体根据初始会话协议业务请求的到达时间和优先业务级别 的高低进行排队, 如果呼叫控制实体无法获取到优先业务级别, 则根据 初始会话协议业务请求的到达时间和优先业务标识的高低进行排队, 当 呼叫控制实体有可用资源时, 按照排队的顺序依次处理初始会话协议业 务请求。
预先设置定时器, 当所述初始会话协议业务请求进行排队时, 该方 法进一步包括:
针对每个进入排队队列的请求启动定时器, 如果定时器超时, 呼叫 控制实体删除该正在排队的请求, 向发送该请求的用户设备返回初始会 话协议业务请求失败消息。
当呼叫控制实体中存在该用户设备正在进行的多媒体业务时, 对步 骤 B所述初始会话协议业务请求进行优先处理包括:
呼叫控制实体比较该用户设备正在进行的多媒体业务的优先级别是 否低于收到的该用户设备的初始会话协议业务请求的优先业务级别, 如 果是, 呼叫控制实体删除该用户正在进行的优先级别多媒体业务, 呼叫 控制实体中释放的资源用来处理该用户设备的高优先级别的初始会话 协议业务请求; 如果否, 呼叫控制实体将该业务请求进行排队, 等待有 可用资源时进行处理。
当呼叫控制实体中存在激活的多媒体业务时, 对步骤 B所述初始会 话协议业务请求进行优先处理包括:
呼叫控制实体比较正在进行的多媒体业务的用户设备优先级别是否 低于收到的初始会话协议业务请求的用户设备优先业务级别, 如果是, 呼叫控制实体删除正在进行的多媒体业务, 呼叫控制实体中释放的资源 用来处理收到的用户设备最高优先级别的初始会话协议业务请求; 如果 否,呼叫控制实体将该业务请求进行排队,等待有可用资源时进行处理。
该方法进一步包括:
C、 用户设备发送携带优先业务标识的业务修改请求;
D、 接收到该携带有优先业务标识修改请求的呼叫控制实体根据该 用户设备优先业务级别, 对该修改请求进行优先处理。
根据上述方案可以看出,本发明提出了实现多媒体优先业务的方案, 在 UE发起 SIP业务请求时, 该 SIP业务请求携带优先业务标识, 从而 使 CSCF得知该 UE发起了多媒体优先业务。 如果该 SIP业务请求中还 携带有该 UE优先业务级别, 则 CSCF可以从该 SIP业务请求中获取到 该 UE优先业务级別; 如果该 SIP业务请求中没有携带该 UE优先业务 级别,则 CSCF可以从该 HSS中获取到预先存储的该 UE优先业务级别。 CSCF根据发送该 SIP业务请求的 UE优先业务级别的高低, 确定处理 该 SIP业务请求的方法。 因此, 本发明提供的方法实现了多媒体优先业 务, 从而使 3GPP网络可以为高优先业务级别的用户提供高服务质量的 多媒体业务。 附图简要说明

为了使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚明白, 以下举实施 例并参照附图, 对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
本发明预先给使用多媒体业务的移动用户的用户设备(UE )设置优 先业务级别: 移动用户的 UE的优先业务级别不需要移动用户主动进行 设置和取消等操作, 而是由运营商或其他机构决定该移动用户的 UE的 优先业务级别。 普通移动用户的 UE的优先业务级别分为 0〜10个等级, 11~15的等级是 5个特殊接入级别, 定义为移动网络使用、 安全业务、 公共机构人员、 紧急业务和运营商内部员工。 每个移动用户的 UE的优 先业务级别作为该移动用户的签约数据保存在 HLR中, 或 /和保存在该 移动用户的 UE的 SIM卡中。
不同优先业务级别的移动用户针对每个多媒体业务可以决定是否使 用优先业务。 如果该移动用户决定使用优先级业务, 则该移动用户的 UE在请求 SIP业务时,发送 SIP业务请求消息,该 SIP业务请求消息头 中携帶该移动用户的优先业务标识、现有技术中的呼叫控制实体( CSCF ) 标识。 相应的 CSCF得到该 SIP业务请求消息后, 根据其中优先业务标 识得知该 UE发起了优先业务, 该 CSCF获取到该 UE优先业务级别后, 根据该 UE优先业务级别对该 UE发起的该 SIP业务请求消息进行特殊 的处理, 提高该 UE接入多媒体业务成功的可能性。 如果该移动用户决 定不使用优先级业务, 则该 UE按照现有技术正常接入多媒体业务。
CSCF当接收到 UE发送的携带有优先业务标识的 SIP业务请求时, 如果没有存在着可用的无线信道资源,则根据发送 SIP业务请求的该 UE 的优先业务级别进行排队, 当无线信道资源可用时, 则按照该 UE优先 业务级别处理该 SIP业务请求。
本发明所述的 CSCF可以包括代理 CSCF ( P-CSCF )、 服务 CSCF ( S-CSCF )和查询 CSCF( I-CSCF );或者可以只包括 S-CSCF 和 P-CSCF; 或者只是单独的 P-CSCF。
图 1为本发明 UE实现多媒体优先业务方法实施例的流程图,如图 1 所示, 预先设置的该 UE优先业务级别不仅保存在 HSS 中, 还保存在 SIM卡中, 该实现多媒体优先业务的实体包括: UE、 P-CSCF, S-CSCF 和 HSS, 其具体过程为:
步骤 100、已经申请了多媒体优先业务的 UE向 S-CSCF发起登记请 求;
步骤 101、 收到该登记请求的 S-CSCF向 HSS发送请求用户签约信 息的消息;
步骤 102、 HSS 收到该请求用户签约信息的消息后, 向该 S-CSCF 返回用户签约信息请求响应 , 其中携带有该 UE的用户优先业务级别; 步骤 103、 该 UE向 P-SCSF发起 SIP业务请求, 该请求中携带有优 先业务标识和该 UE优先业务级别, 该 UE优先业务级别是从 SIM获取 的; 步骤 104、 P-SCSF识別该 SIP业务请求中优先业务标识, 并保存该 SIP业务请求的优先业务级别, P-SCSF判断自身是否有可用资源, 如果 有, 则按照现有技术中的正常流程处理; 否则, 认为 P-SCSF发生堵塞, 则对该 SIP业务请求进行特殊处理;
P-SCSF处理该 SIP业务请求后,向 S-SCSF发送 SIP业务请求消息, 该消息中携带有优先业务标识和优先业务级别;
步骤 105、 S-SCSF识别该 SIP业务请求中优先业务标识和优先业务 级别,将从该 SIP业务请求中得到的优先业务级别和从 HSS中预先获取 到的该 UE优先业务级别相比较: 若相同, 判断该 S-SCSF是否有可用 资源, 如果有, 则按照现有技术中的正常流程处理, 否则, 认为 S-SCSF 发生堵塞, 对该 SIP业务请求进行特殊处理; 若不相同, 则向该 UE返 回 SIP业务请求失败的响应, 丟弃该 SIP业务请求。
当 S-SCSF从该 SIP业务请求中得到的优先业务级别和从 HSS中预 先获取到的该 UE优先业务级别不相同时, S-CSCF也可以按照从 HSS 中获取到的该 UE优先业务级别对该 SIP业务请求进行相应的处理, 即 判断该 S-SCSF是否有可用资源, 如果有, 则按照现有技术中的正常流 程处理; 否则, 认为 S- SCSF发生堵塞, 对该 SIP业务请求进行特殊处 理。
当 S-SCSF处理完该 SIP业务请求后, S-SCSF向该 UE所在的 3GPP 网络发送该 SIP业务请求消息的响应,该响应消息中包含优先业务标识, 可以包含或者不包含该 SIP业务请求的优先业务级别。
当上述步骤 103的过程为 UE发起的 SIP业务请求中只携带优先业 务标识, 不携带该 UE的优先业务级别, 则 P-SCSF发给 S-CSCF的 SIP 业务请求中也只携带优先业务标识, 不携带该 UE 的优先业务级别, P-SCSF对有优先业务标识的 SIP呼叫请求不能区别优先级别; S-CSCF 根据预先从 HSS中获取到的该 UE优先业务级别进行后续处理。
上述 SIM卡是 UE中用户标识模块的通称, 可以存储第二代移动网 络签约信息, 第三代移动网络签约信息和多媒体业务的签约信息。
当 P-SCSF和 S-SCSF之间存在 I-SCSF时, I-SCSF将从 P-SCSF或 S-SCSF收到的消息透传给另一方, 对消息中所携带优先业务标识和 UE 优先业务级别也进行透传。 I-SCSF 对 UE 的多媒体优先业务的处理与 P-SCSF和 S-SCSF—致, 即有可用资源时按照现有技术中的正常流程处 理, 如果发生拥塞则对该 SIP业务请求进行特殊处理。
当 3GPP网络的 UE向被叫网络的 CSCF发起携带有优先业务标识 和该 UE优先业务级别的 SIP业务请求后, 被叫网络中的 CSCF根据该 SIP业务请求中的优先业务标识和该 SIP业务请求的 UE优先业务级别, 对该 SIP业务请求进行处理, 其处理过程与 S-SCSF、 I-SCSF和 C-SCSF 的处理过程一样, 即有可用资源时按照现有技术中的正常流程处理, 如 果发生拥塞则对该 SIP业务请求进行特殊处理。
CSCF, 包括 P-SCSF、 I-SCSF和 S-SCSF发生拥塞时, 对携带有优 先业务标识和该 UE优先业务级别的 SIP业务请求进行特殊处理, 该处 理过程如下:
( 1 )如果 CSCF中存在发起 SIP业务请求的该 UE的正在进行的多 媒体业务, CSCF判断该 UE正在进行的多媒体业务的用户设备优先级 别是否低于收到的业务请求的 UE优先级别, 如果是, 则删除该 UE正 在进行的低优先级的多媒体业务,使 CSCF中释放的资源可以处理该 UE 的 UE高优先级别的 SIP业务请求; 否则, CSCF对收到的 SIP业务请求 进行排队, 等待有可用资源时进行处理。
( 2 ) P-SCSF, I-SCSF或 S-SCSF根据发起 SIP业务请求的到达时 间和优先业务级别对 SIP业务请求进行排队, 当有可用资源时, 按照等 待队列中顺序处理 SIP业务请求, 并返回该 SIP业务请求的响应给 UE; 对于排队等候的 SIP业务请求,可启动定时器,定时器超时后删除该 SIP 业务请求, 并返回该 SIP业务请求失败的响应给 UE;
当 SIP业务请求中不携带用户设备的优先级别时, 由于 I-SCSF和 P-SCSF无法和 HSS通信, 所以 I-SCSF和 P-SCSF只能根据 SIP业务请 求的到达时间和优先业务标识对 SIP业务请求进行排队。
( 3 )如果 CSCF中存在其它 UE的正在进行的多媒体业务, CSCF 判断正在进行的多媒体业务的 UE优先级别是否低于收到的 SIP业务请 求的 UE优先级别, 如果是, 则删除某个或多个正在进行的 UE低优先 级别的多媒体业务, 使 CSCF中释放的资源可以处理 UE高优先级别的 SIP业务请求; 否则, CSCF对收到的 SIP业务请求进行排队, 等待有可 用资源时进行处理。
当 UE发起 SIP业务请求成功后,若该 UE发起修改 SIP业务请求给 CSCF, 则该修改 SIP业务请求可以携带或不携带优先业务标识, CSCF 已经保存了优先业务标识。 如果 CSCF有可用资源, 则按照现有技术中 对该修改 SIP业务请求进行正常流程处理; 如果 CSCF发生拥塞, 则对 该修改 SIP业务请求进行特殊的处理, 其特殊处理的过程与上述 SIP业 务请求的特殊处理过程相同。
当 CSCF对 SIP业务请求进行计费时, 在 CSCF计费信息中需要包 含优先业务标识信息, 当运营商对不同的优先业务级别收费不同时, 该 CSCF计费信息中还包含 UE优先业务级别; 当运营商对不同的优先业 务级别收费相同时, 该 CSCF计费信息中可以包含或不包含 UE优先业 务级别。
如果 CSCF不支持多媒体的优先业务, 即不识别 SIP业务请求携带 的优先业务标识,则忽略优先业务相关的参数,按照现有技术中处理 SIP 业务请求的过程进行处理; 如果 CSCF不支持对多媒体优先业务进行特 殊的处理, 则忽略优先业务相关的参数, 按照现有技术中处理 SIP业务 请求的过程进行处理。
当支持多媒体优先业务的 3GPP 网络与外部网络互通时, 需要互通 网关也支持该多媒体优先业务, 并对不同网络的用户级别进行映射。
以上所述仅为本发明的校佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡 在本发明的精神和原则之内所做的任何修改、 等同替换和改进等, 均应 包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种实现多媒体优先业务的方法, 其特征在于, 给使用多媒体业 务的用户设备设置优先业务级别, 该方法还包括:
A、 具有优先业务级别的用户设备向呼叫控制实体发起携带优先业 务标识的初始会话协议业务请求;
B、 呼叫控制实体收到所述初始会话协议业务请求后, 根据该用户 设备优先业务级别对该请求进行优先处理。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述呼叫控制实体为代 理呼叫控制实体、 或 /和服务呼叫控制实体、 或 /和查询呼叫控制实体。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当呼叫控制实体包括服 务呼叫控制实体, 所述的用户设备优先业务级别设置在归属用户服务器 中时;
在步骤 A之前, 还包括获取优先业务级别的过程:
A 11、 用户设备向服务呼叫控制实体发送登记请求;
A12、 服务呼叫控制实体向归属用户服务器发送请求该用户签约的 消息;
A13、 归属用户服务器收到该请求用户签约的消息后, 返回给服务 呼叫控制实体携带有该用户设备优先业务级别的用户签约消息响应; A 14、 服务呼叫控制实体从该响应中获取到该用户设备优先业务级 别。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述的用户设备优先 业务级别还设置在用户标识模块中时;
步骤 A中所述初始会话协议业务请求中进一步携带有从所述用户标 识模块中获取的该用户设备优先业务级别; 步骤 Β·根据该用户设备优先业务级别对该请求进行优先处理之前, 还包括: 服务呼叫控制实体将从该初始会话协议业务请求中获取该用户 设备优先业务级别和从归属用户服务器获取的该用户设备优先业务级 别进行比较, 判断两者是否相同, 如果是, 根据该用户设备优先业务级 别对该请求进行优先处理; 否则, 向该用户设备返回该请求的失败响应 并丢弃该请求, 或者按照从归属用户服务器获取的该用户设备优先业务 级别对该请求进行优先处理。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的用户设备优先业 务级别设置在用户标识模块中;
步驟 Α中所述初始会话协议业务请求中进 步携带有从所述用户标 识模块获取的该用户设备优先业务级别;
步驟 B中呼叫控制实体收到所述初始会话协议业务请求后, 从该请 求中获取该用户设备优先业务级别, 然后根据该用户设备优先业务级别 对该请求进行优先处理。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在步骤 B根据该用户 设备优先业务级别对该请求进行优先处理之前, 该方法还包括:
呼叫控制实体判断自身是否存在可用的资源, 如果是, 对步骤 B所 述初始会话协议业务请求正常处理, 否则, 对步骤 B所述初始会话协议 业务请求进行优先处理。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当呼叫控制实体收到一 个以上携带有用户设备优先业务标识的初始会话协议业务请求时, 对步 驟 B所述初始会话协议业务请求进行优先处理包括:
呼叫控制实体根据初始会话协议业务请求的到达时间和优先业务级别 的高低进行排队, 如果呼叫控制实体无法获取到优先业务级别, 则根据 初始会话协议业务请求的到达时间和优先业务标识的高低进行排队, 当 呼叫控制实体有可用资源时, 按照排队的顺序依次处理初始会话协议业 务请求。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 预先设置定时器, 当所 述初始会话协议业务请求进行排队时, 该方法进一步包括:
针对每个进入排队队列的请求启动定时器, 如果定时器超时, 呼叫 控制实体删除该正在排队的请求, 向发送该请求的用户设备返回初始会 话协议业务请求失败消息。
9、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当呼叫控制实体中存在 该用户设备正在进行的多媒体业务时,对步驟 B所述初始会话协议业务 请求进行优先处理包括:
呼叫控制实体比较该用户设备正在进行的多媒体业务的优先级别是 否低于收到的该用户设备的初始会话协议业务请求的优先业务级别, 如 果是, 呼叫控制实体删除该用户正在进行的优先级别多媒体业务, 呼叫 控制实体中释放的资源用来处理该用户设备的高优先级别的初始会话 协议业务请求; 如果否, 呼叫控制实体将该业务请求进行排队, 等待有 可用资源时进行处理。
10、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当呼叫控制实体中存 在敎活的多媒体业务时,对步骤 B所述初始会话协议业务请求进行优先 处理包括:
呼叫控制实体比较正在进行的多媒体业务的'用户设备优先级别是否 低于收到的初始会话协议业务请求的用户设备优先业务级别, 如果是, 呼叫控制实体删除正在进行的多媒体业务, 呼叫控制实体中释放的资源 用来处理收到的用户设备最高优先级别的初始会话协议业务请求; 如果 否,呼叫控制实体将该业务请求进行排队,等待有可用资源时进行处理。
11、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一步包括: C 用户设备发送携带优先业务标识的业务修改请求;
D、 接收到该携带有优先业务标识修改请求的呼叫控制实体根据该 用户设备优先业务级别, 对该修改请求进行优先处理。
