Definitions
- the present invention fits within structures, furniture, shelves, etc. employed in the marketing of multiple products for sale to the final consumer. More specifically, it refers to a display structure supplying bottled beverages at points of sale, such as self-service stores, outlets, etc.
- bottled beverage displays include completely horizontal platforms, trays, or racks on which the bottles are supported in a given arrangement, such as in refrigerators or vertical shelves with consecutive shelves where the bottles are placed, there are others that consist of ramps of different configuration made of wire where the bottles are arranged with their base in a row, these ramps comprise a certain inclination and when the front bottle is taken and removed, the next one is traveled due to the effect of the inclination and their weight and the other bottles.
- the exhibitors present certain disadvantages in terms of their usefulness, since they are generally of robust structures and are generally made of metal, mainly of rods that require multiple cutting and welding processes for their manufacture, in addition to requiring anticorrosive finishing, which represents problems of transfer, handling and storage due to the weight and the large dimensions that these comprise. Likewise, they are vulnerable to humidity and in some cases they can collapse with the weight of the product to be exhibited.
- a display structure for bottled beverages that is Small dimensions for sale at points of sale such as self-service stores, outlets and small stores, which allow bottles to be displayed and filled without problem, would be highly advantageous and would provide greater benefits, while making the product more attractive.
- the main objective of the present invention is to make available a bottled beverage display-dispenser structure, which is simple in structure, easy to assemble and occupies a small space once installed.
- Another object of the invention is to make available said display-dispenser structure for bottled beverages, which is also load-resistant, durable and at the same time light.
- a further objective of the invention is to allow such a display-dispenser structure for bottled beverages, which also shows the bottle completely for a greater visualization by the consumer and provides greater attraction.
- Another object of the invention is to allow said bottled beverage display-dispenser structure, which can also be easily cleaned without suffering oxidation.
- a further objective of the invention is to allow said bottled beverage display-dispenser structure, which can also be loaded with bottled drinks quickly and which also facilitates the operation of the seller in the process of sale and assortment of the exhibited products.
- Another objective of the invention is to allow the bottled beverage display-dispenser structure, which also facilitates the gravity dispensing of bottles, with the bottles approaching the front part of the dispenser.
- the bottled beverage display-dispenser structure consists of a pair of vertical and parallel supports with a perpendicular base and a series of trays fixed laterally to said supports, in a vertical arrangement equidistant from each other; said trays comprise longitudinal grooves at the bottom that define front fingers with a slope towards the front for the assortment by gravity and with a change of slope at the upper front end of said fingers, where the bottles are inserted and supported through the perimeter ring of the neck, which are arranged aligned one after the other.
- the bottles are inserted into said grooves and are supported by said fingers, these being aligned and recharged one after the other due to the effect of the slope, so that when the front bottle is removed, the attached bottle moves towards the front, occupying the place of that, happening the same with the rest of the bottles.
- Said trays further comprise a reinforcing rib that defines a lateral widening and a frontal elevation that covers the upper part of the bottles through which they are held in said fingers.
- Said front elevation is substantially distant from the end of said fastening fingers, to allow the neck and mouth of the bottle to be released from said fingers and therefore their removal.
- Said trays comprise, in their preferred embodiment, two lateral recesses through which they are inserted under pressure in said vertical and parallel supports, being able in another modality to be fixed through cross-bolts to said supports to provide greater fixation.
- the trays are made of injected plastic reinforced with plastic veins resulting from the same injection, providing resistance to loading.
- the figure shows a conventional perspective of the structure of the display-dispenser of bottled beverages.
- Figure 2 illustrates a conventional perspective of a bottle support tray.
- Figure 3 shows a side view of the structure of the display-dispenser of bottled beverages.
- Figure 4 illustrates a front view of the structure of the display-dispenser of bottled beverages.
- FIG. 1 shows a conventional perspective of the structure of the display-dispenser of bottled beverages.
- the structure of the display-dispenser for bottled beverages consists of two vertical and parallel supports 1 with a perpendicular base 2 and a series of trays 3 that laterally comprise two cavities 4 through the which are press-fitted into said vertical and parallel supports 1; said trays being arranged in a vertical arrangement equidistant from each other.
- Said trays 3 comprise at the bottom longitudinal grooves 5 defining front fingers 6 sloping forward and with a change of slope at the upper front end defining an upper end stop 7 of said front fingers 6; in said longitudinal grooves 5 the bottles 8 are inserted and supported through the perimeter ring of the neck, these being aligned and recharged one after another due to the effect of the slope, so that when the front bottle is removed, the attached bottle moves towards the front taking the place of that, happening the same with the rest of the bottles.
- said vertical and parallel supports 1 there is furthermore included an advertising crest 9 fixed at the upper ends of said supports 1 through two lower lateral recesses 10; said pompadour comprises a flat face 11 projected frontally with a certain inclination where the advertising is placed.
- FIG. 2 which illustrates a conventional perspective of a bottle support tray.
- the trays 3 further comprise a reinforcing rib
- Said front elevation 13 is substantially distant from the end of said front fingers 6 sloping forward and with a change of slope at the upper front end defining said upper end stop 7 of said fingers 6; so that in said longitudinal grooves 5 the bottles are inserted and supported through the perimeter ring of the neck.
- FIG. 3 shows a side view of the structure of the display-dispenser of bottled beverages.
- the trays 3 are fixed to the vertical and parallel supports 1, in such a way that the bottles 8 arranged in a row in said grooves of said trays 3, being one after the other, allow that by gravity, when removing the front bottle the rest of the bottles are traversed, in such a way that the immediate subsequent bottle is traversed towards the front by the effect of the weight, being ready to withdraw when a consumer requires it.
- FIG. 4 illustrates a front view of the structure of the display-dispenser of bottled beverages.
- the trays 3 are arranged vertically at a certain distance, so as to allow the free movement of the bottles held through the perimeter ring of the neck.
- the vertical and parallel supports 1 with the perpendicular base 2 keep said trays stable and firm 3.
- the elevation front 13 of each tray 3 covers the upper part of the bottles supported there, and represents an important area where advertising is placed, as well as on the flat face 11 of the advertising cap 9.
