Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft Vorprodukte für und Verfahren zur Herstellung von Grünkörpern für gesinterte Leichtbauteile. Sie ist insbesondere für Leichtbau­teile aus Metall oder Metalllegierungen geeignet. Mit der Erfindung soll aufgabengemäss die Herstellung von gesinterten Leichtbauteilen kostengünstiger erfolgen können und die Festigkeit solcher Leichtbauteile in reproduzierbarer Form gewährleistet werden können. Die erfindungsgemässen Vorprodukte für die Herstellung von Grünkörpern sind dabei so ausgebildet, dass un­ mittelbar auf einem Kern eine erste Schicht aus einem sinterbaren Pulver und einem ersten organischen Binder/Bindergemisch ausgebildet ist. Auf dieser ersten Schicht ist wiederum eine zweite aus einem sinterba­ren Pulver und einem zweiten organischen Binder gebildete Überbeschichtung ausgebildet worden. Der zweite organische Binder kann dann durch einen Ener­gieeintrag für die Ausbildung einer zumindest tempo­rären stoffschlüssigen Verbindung von Vorprodukten miteinander aktiviert und/oder plastisch/elastisch verformt werden.
