Description
DISPOSAL STRUCTURE OF FOOD GARBAGE
Technical field The present invention relates to a garbage disposal structure in which garbage is crushed in a garbage collecting can provided separately in a sink and discharged to a septic tank for treating exclusively garbage through a discharge pipe, and more particularly, for treating garbage generated in a household, to a garbage disposal structure of the sink in which garbage is crushed in a crusher immediately after garbage is generated in the sink without collecting the garbage, the crushed garbage is flowed into a septic tank through a discharging line to enable an offensive odor and an contamination in a room to be prevented, and the garbage can be treated without environmental pollution since the garbage is flowed into and treated sanitarily in the septic tank for treating exclusively garbage.
Background Art In our dietary life of the past, garbage generated at the time of preparing the food is merely separated according to a liking of the livestock (cattle, pig, dog, cat and fowl) and fed to the livestock. Preferably, because washing water of rice of neighbor's house was collected and supplemented as the fodder or food which was not spoiled was purchased additionally due to a lack of fodder for the livestock caused by one's poverty, garbage was not generated as well as no one has been pay careful attention to treat the garbage. Recently, in an actual condition where garbage is dumped, the various detergents are used in the sink for washing the tableware, the food and the kitchen utensil. Remnant of food crushed by an instrument for crushing the remnant of food is flowed out along with dishwater through a drain pipe through which dishwater is drained. Since the detergent used for washing the tableware, the food and the kitchen utensil is alkaline detergent and dishwater is discharged to a river without treating it, the precipitation is deposited at a bottom of a river so that an ecosystem of the river is destroyed.
It is never desired that a mixture of water flowed from the garbage (remnants) and alkali water is drained into a sewer and then flowed to a river. As above, if the remnants of garbage and the detergents are flowed into the river through the sewer, it is meaningless that garbage is separated initially in the sink and drained into the sewer. It is well known that living sewage generated in the household is separated into toilet water and bathing water and treated separately according to a kind of water. Since bathing water contains an ingredient of soap (alkali detergent), bathing water is passed through another pipe and is flowed in a river as it is without passing through a septic tank. Also, alkali water generated by washing the tableware in the sink by means of the detergent is passed though the pipe through which bathing water is passed. If garbage is discharged through the above pipe, garbage and detergent are mixed in the river and accumulated on a bottom of the river so that it is true that the river is contaminated and destroyed. In treating garbage in an apartment house, garbage is collected in a collecting can in each household in a day or two days, garbage in the collecting can begins to decompose, a smell generated by the decomposed garbage is indescribable unpleasant, garbage which has been collected after a few days can not be reused as a folder or a manure due to a decomposition, and the collected garbage is buried illegally in a land or thrown in a river, therefore, the collected and decomposed garbage becomes a major cause for an environmental disruption.
Disclosure of Invention An object of the present invention is to solve the above mentioned problems and to provide an epochal garbage disposal structure which crushes garbage generated in the household in a sink without discharging the crushed garbage together with water containing an ordinary detergent, discharges garbage generated in the household to a septic tank for treating exclusively garbage through a garbage discharging line to prevent radically an environmental pollution caused by garbage without burying garbage in a ground under the pretext that garbage is collected in a collecting can to reuse the collected garbage or discharging the garbage in a river, can protect a room of household from
contamination caused by an offensive odor and a virus by mixing remnants of garbage in a garbage collecting tank installed separately at the sink and inflowing to a septic tank for treating exclusively garbage in a process for discharging garbage to the septic tank, and can prevent an environment of the land from contaminating. The present invention is characterized in that, in a garbage disposal structure of a sink in which a garbage collecting can is connected to a sink besides a hole for a discharging dishwater and a crushing cutter driven by a driving source is provided in the garbage collecting can to crush garbage which is thrown into the garbage collecting can, a discharging pipe through which garbage mixed in the garbage collecting can is discharged is connected to a garbage discharging line to discharge the mixed garbage to a septic tank for treating exclusively garbage through the garbage discharging line. Also, the garbage discharging line is connected to the discharging pipes of the households to connect the discharging pipes to the septic tank for treating exclusively garbage.
Brief Description of Drawings Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a kitchen table at which a garbage disposal structure of the present invention is installed; Fig. 2 is a sectional view of a kitchen table at which the garbage disposal structure of the present invention is installed; Fig. 3 a and Fig. 3b are sectional views of the embodiments of a garbage collecting can of the garbage disposal structure of the present invention; Fig. 4 is an exemplary view showing the garbage disposal structure of the present invention installed at the apartment; Fig. 5 is an exemplary view showing the garbage disposal structure of the present invention installed at the independent house; and Fig. 6 is a view showing another embodiment of the garbage disposal structure of the present invention.
Best Mode for Carrying out the Invention Hereinafter, a garbage disposal structure of the present invention will be described
in detail with reference to accompanying drawings. As shown in Fig. 1, in a kitchen table 100 provided in a kitchen, a cupboard 110 is installed and a sink 200 is installed on the cupboard 110, and a faucet 220 is installed at the sink 200 so that a treatment for preparing food and drink is performed. And, the sink 200 has a certain depth and has a hole 210 for discharging dishwater so that water in the sink 200 can be discharged. As shown in Fig. 2, a drain pipe 230 is connected to the hole 210 for discharging dishwater to discharge water in the sink 200 to an outside. Also, in addition to the hole 210 of the sink 200 for discharging dishwater, the kitchen table 100 is provided with a garbage collecting can 400. A hole (not shown) is formed on the kitchen table 100 to install the garbage collecting can 400. Since the various detergents are used in the sink 200 for washing the tableware, the food and the kitchen utensil, in order to prevent the detergents and garbage from mixing, the garbage collecting can 400 is not installed in the sink 200. The garbage collecting can 400 of the present invention is installed on the kitchen table 100 to prevent the detergents and garbage from mixing As shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 3a and Fig. 3b, a screw cutter and a crushing cutter 410 which are driven by a motor 420 as a driving source are installed in the garbage collecting can 400 so that garbage thrown into the garbage collecting can 400 is crushed. Once the user takes off a lid 430 of garbage collecting can 400, puts garbage into the garbage collecting can and pushes the garbage slightly, garbage is crushed by the screw cutter and the crushing cutter 410 operated by driving the motor 420.
As shown in Fig. 3 a, the garbage crushed in the garbage collecting can 400 by the screw cutter 410 is discharged to a discharging pipe 310, a siphon pipe 440 and a discharging/connecting pipe 460 through a coupling pipe 300. And, in a case where the crushing cutter 410 is provided in the garbage collecting can 400 as shown in Fig. 3b, the crushing cutter 410 is rotated by the motor 420 to crush garbage thrown into the garbage collecting can 400 and discharge the crushed garbage to the discharging pipe 310 through the coupling pipe 300.
And, the crushing cutter 410 of the present invention is not limited to only the rotational cutter and the screw cutter, hi addition to the screw cutter, a planar blade such as a rotational blade can be used instead of the screw cutter. At this time, a design such as a location at which the motor will be mounted must be altered, and a means for discharging the crushed garbage to the discharging pipe 310 must be mounted additionally. The coupling pipe 300 is connected to the garbage collecting can 400, and the discharging pipe 310, the siphon pipe 440 and the discharging/connecting pipe 460 are connected sequentially the coupling pipe 300. The garbage mixed in the garbage collecting can 400 is guided and discharged by the above pipes, and the siphon pipe 440 prevents an unpleasant smell from flowing backward. Also, a pipe such as a corrugation pipe 450 and the like is connected to the siphon pipe 440 to be connected to a garbage discharging line 500 described below. As shown in Fig. 4, the garbage mixed in the garbage collecting can 400 of the sink 200 is guided by the pipe line consisted of the coupling pipe 300, the discharging pipe 310, the siphon pipe 440, the corrugation pipe 450 and the discharging/connecting pipe 460, and then discharged to the garbage discharging line 500. That is, garbage mixed in each household is discharged to the garbage discharging line 500 through each discharging/connecting pipe 460 and then is flowed into a septic tank 600 for treating garbage. The septic tank 600 for treating the garbage is connected to a conventional septic tank 700 so that the garbage mixed in the garbage collecting can 400 is sanitated primarily in the septic tank 600 for treating garbage and then can be sanitated in the conventional septic tank 700, accordingly, it is possible to prevent the environmental pollution caused by garbage. Although Fig. 4 shows that the septic tank 600 for treating exclusively garbage is connected to the conventional septic tank 700, garbage can be treated sanitarily in the septic tank 600 for treating the garbage without connecting the septic tank 600 for treating exclusively garbage to the conventional septic tank 700. And, by supplying microscopic organism in the septic tank 600 for treating exclusively the garbage, the garbage mixed in the garbage collecting can 400 can be decomposed and treated to be harmless to an
environment by the microscopic organism, and then the decomposed and treated garbage can be discharged to an outside. Also, in a case of the independent house as shown in Fig. 5, the garbage mixed in the garbage collecting can 400 of the sink 200 is guided by the pipe line consisted of the coupling pipe 300, the discharging pipe 310, the siphon pipe 440, the corrugation pipe 450 and the discharging/connecting pipe 460, and is then flowed into the septic tank 600 for treating exclusively garbage through the garbage discharging line 500. Also, as shown in Fig. 6, the garbage collecting can 400 can be fixed to and installed at a wall, etc. around the kitchen table 100 instead of installing the garbage collecting can 400 to the kitchen table 100.
Industrial Applicability The present invention crushes garbage generated in the household in the sink without discharging the crushed garbage together with water containing an ordinary detergent, discharges garbage generated in the household to a septic tank for treating exclusively garbage through a garbage discharging line to prevent radically an environmental pollution caused by garbage without burying garbage in a ground under the pretext that garbage is collected in a collecting can to reuse the collected garbage or discharging garbage in a river, can protect a room of household from contamination caused by an offensive odor and a virus by mixing remnants of garbage in a garbage collecting tank installed separately at the sink and inflowing to the septic tank for treating exclusively garbage in a process for discharging garbage to the septic tank, and can prevent an environment of the land from contaminating.
