Abstract

Porte-instrument chirurgical (10) composé d'un ensemble formant tête (68) et d'un ensemble formant broche d'entraînement (42). L'ensemble formant tête (68) comprend une branche (12) présentant une première extrémité (14) apte à être entraînée, et une deuxième extrémité (16) adaptée pour l'accouplement. La deuxième extrémité possède un dispositif d'accouplement (20) présentant une interface (22) permettant d'accueillir un instrument chirurgical (24). L'instrument (24) est maintenu à l'état fonctionnellement monté sur la branche par un mécanisme de blocage amovible (26) constitué d'une bague (30) montée coulissante autour de la branche, d'un ressort (32) sollicité à l'encontre du dispositif d'accouplement (20) par la bague, et d'un dispositif de raccordement (34) assurant le maintien de la bague dans une position fixe au cours de l'utilisation. L'ensemble formant broche d'entraînement (42) est relié à l'ensemble formant tête (68) de manière à y imprimer un couple. L'ensemble formant broche (42) possède une broche d'entraînement allongée (40), des roulements de grande précision (44, 120, 122) et un tube cylindrique (46). La broche d'entraînement (40) est montée amovible sur une extrémité (36) de l'ensemble formant broche et maintenue en rotation à l'intérieur du tube cylindrique (46) par les roulements de grande précision disposés entre la broche et le tube et maintenus en position au moins en partie par la branche (12). Les roulements (44) permettent de commander avec précision la position d'un instrument chirurgical (24) fixé au porte-instrument. Le dispositif de raccordement (34) constitue un raccordement à déblocage rapide avec l'ensemble formant tête (68) et l'ensemble formant broche d'entraînement (42), le déblocage du dispositif de raccordement (34) provoquant ainsi un démontage rapide du dispositif de raccordement, du ressort (32), de la bague (30) et de l'ensemble formant broche d'entraînement (42), en vue du nettoyage et de la stérilisation de l'instrument.
