Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft biokompatible, thermosensitive Polymere, die durch Einkapselung magnetischer und/oder metallischer Kolloide bzw. magnetischer Nanopartikel mit Hilfe eines hochfrequenten magnetischen Wechselfeldes aufgeheizt werden können. Infolge der induktiven Erwärmung der Polymermatrix werden physikalische Strukturveränderungen in der Polymermatrix ausgelöst, die dazu führen, dass in der Polymermatrix eingekapselte bioaktive Substanzen in kurzer Zeit freigegeben werden. Dieses 'Stimulus-Response'-Prinzip wird zur Herstellung steuerbarer Medikamantendepots, kontrastverstärkender Mittel für die NMR-Diagnostik, manipulierbarer Mikrowerkzeuge, als Mittel zur Blockierung von Blutgefäßen und als steuerbare Porogene bei der Membranherstellung verwendet.
