Abstract

La présente invention concerne un embout destiné à une structure telle qu'un pied de table. L'embout de l'invention peut comprendre un ensemble de retenue composé d'un corps allongé et d'une tête. Le corps allongé peut être disposé à l'intérieur d'une ouverture dans le pied de table et la tête peut être disposée à l'extérieur de l'ouverture dans le pied de table. L'embout peut également comprendre un élément annulaire, au moins une partie du pied de table pouvant être disposée à l'intérieur de l'élément annulaire. L'élément annulaire peut également comprendre une lèvre, la lèvre étant de préférence disposée entre une extrémité du pied de table et la tête de l'ensemble de retenue afin de limiter le mouvement axial de l'élément annulaire par rapport au pied de table. Etant donné que la partie annulaire de l'embout peut tourner par rapport au pied de table, l'embout de l'invention offre l'avantage de faciliter le déplacement de la table.
