Abstract

Au cours du procédé, le produit agricole après avoir été préparé pour le séchage, notamment, après avoir été trié et/ou lavé et/ou coupé en morceaux, dans un cas déterminé est séché, et le produit final pulvérisé est préparé à partir du produit séché. Le procédé est basé sur le fait que le produit est pré-séché au moyen de la chaleur provenant du/ou des capteur(s) solaire(s) (12), après quoi il est pulvérisé par broyage par jet d'air. Le produit pulvérisé est ensuite soumis à un séchage secondaire. L'installation présente des unités de séchage et de broyage et est basée sur le fait qu'elle comprend : une ou plusieurs unités de traitement décentralisées (2) contenant un matériel de séchage intérieur, fixe (7) et, dans un cas déterminé, un matériel de séchage mobile extérieur, et une unité de traitement centralisée (11) pourvue d'une installation de broyage par jet d'air (19), et d'un compresseur connecté à ce matériel. L'installation comprend en outre des capteurs solaires (12) appartenant aux unités de traitement (2 ; 11), en vue de produire de l'air chaud pouvant être utilisé pour les opérations de séchage, ainsi que pour la production d'eau chaude et pour l'utilisation et/ou le chauffage du bâtiment.
