Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil pour simultanément mettre en oeuvre des réactions chimiques et pour déterminer des dynamiques de transport moléculaire sur une pluralité d'échantillons, tels que des échantillons en couches minces. L'appareil selon cette invention peut contenir de multiples échantillons en des points de maintien d'échantillon individuels, dans un porte-échantillon, à l'intérieur d'un boîtier, et conserver ces points de maintien chimiquement isolés les uns des autres. Commandé par un contrôleur informatique, l'appareil positionne le porte-échantillon de façon que chaque point de maintien d'échantillon puisse être adjacent à un ou plusieurs ports connectés à une rampe de distribution. Ledit appareil expose chaque échantillon à un ou plusieurs fluides en phase liquide ou gazeuse, ce qui permet de mettre en oeuvre une réaction chimique et/ou de déterminer des dynamiques de transport moléculaire dans des conditions de température et de pression contrôlées. Les points de maintien d'échantillon peuvent être placés dans une station de mesure analytique, à l'intérieur du boîtier, de façon que le composé ou mélange chimique résultant puisse être caractérisé.
