Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de gazéification permettant de gazéifier une matière première, telle qu'une biomasse afin de produire un gaz combustible de manière hautement efficace et à faible coût. Selon le procédé de gazéification décrit dans cette invention, une matière première est prétraitée lors d'un processus de prétraitement, puis la matière première prétraitée est gazéifiée dans une chambre de gazéification de manière à produire un gaz combustible et un résidu. Le résidu de pyrolyse produit dans la chambre de gazéification (4-1) est brûlé dans une chambre de combustion (4-2) afin de produire un gaz de combustion (107), puis le gaz de combustion généré est utilisé dans le processus de prétraitement de manière à séparer une partie d'un composant volatil de la matière première.
