Abstract
Es wird eine Festkörper-lmmersionslinse (SIL) für ein Mikroskop mit einem Objektivsystem mit einer vorbestimmten numerischen Apertur bereitgestellt, wobei die Brechzahl des Materials der Festkörper-Immersionslinse so gewählt ist, dass bei dem Objektivsystem vorgeschafteter Festkörper-Immersionslinse die numerische Apertur des Objektivsystems erhöht ist.
