  • the present invention relates, generally, to medical adhesive tapes for use in adhering medical appliances, dressings, etc., to the skin. More specifically, the present invention is directed to a medical adhesive tape, having high water vapor permeability and water resistance at the same time, by coating the adhesive on a base sheet to form a net-shaped structure.

Abstract

L'invention porte sur une bande adhésive médicale ayant une haute perméabilité à la vapeur d'eau et une résistance à l'eau, et est caractérisée en ce qu'un adhésive sensible à la pression (20) est appliquée sur une feuille de base (10) de façon à former une structure en forme de filet. La structure en forme de filet comprend une forme rectiligne continue possédant des pores carrés, une forme curviligne continue possédant des pores carrées inclinés, une forme continue possédant des pores circulaires ou des combinaisons de celles-ci. La bande adhésive comprend une bande chirurgicale et des emplâtres (emplâtres thérapeutiques) servant à coller sur la peau des dispositifs médicaux, des bandes enroulées, des pansements, des absorbants transdermiques, etc., et peuvent permettre le passage d'un gaz dans une pluralité de parties non recouvertes (15) de sorte qu'ils aient une haute perméabilité à la vapeur d'eau, et en même temps, une résistance à l'eau et une adhérence suffisante au moyen d'une partie de revêtement continue de type filet (25).
