Abstract

The invention relates to a flag-type advertisement support (1) comprising a cloth (2) that is stretched across an elastic frame (3) and is preferably prestretched by means of the elasticity of the frame. In order to attract the desired attention while making the inventive advertisement support easy to handle, quick-fastening elements (4, 16) are mounted on the frame (3) and/or the cloth (2).

Description

Flag-like advertising medium

The invention relates to a flag-like advertising medium consisting of a stretched cloth that is biased over an elastic frame, preferably by means of the elasticity of the frame.

Such stretched cloths, if not used as an advertising medium, are known per se. For example, reference is made to EP 487642 B2.

In contrast, the invention is concerned with an embodiment of an advertising medium. The object of the invention is to provide an advertising medium that attracts attention and is also easy to handle.

This object is achieved in the case of an object as stated at the outset by providing quick-holder elements attached to the frame. The fact that it is a flag-like advertising medium, that is to say for attachment to a flagpole, or for example also a lamppost or the like that serves for this, means that a rapidly exchangeable advertising medium is indicated for attachment to a mounting pole. Since it also has a flexible frame, it basically has a preferred orientation or shape. This can be changed by the influence of wind and thus also attract attention for the change, which can even be a turning within the mounting elements.

In an embodiment it is also provided that the advertising medium is attached to a mounting element. The advertising medium can be fastened so that it can be rotated or pivoted. This refers to the advertising medium as a whole.

BESTATIGUNGSKOPIE A quick holder element can be provided in such a way that, due to the elasticity of the frame, it enables the holder to be held or replaced quickly. A pulling or pushing against spring force, so that when the quick-holder element is designed as a hook, for example, it can be pulled or pressed in order to achieve hooking or unhooking. It is particularly preferred that a quick holder element also serves to pivot the advertising medium.

For this purpose, a quick holder element can be designed like a spike. It can also be secured by a split pin. In particular, a quick release element is preferred, which is latched to the frame itself. For example, overlapping the frame and the cloth looped over the frame. The quick holder element is then held on the frame with the interposition of the cloth. The quick-holder element, which may be designed as a plastic injection-molded part, preferably has corresponding holder shapes. Specifically, both bracket moldings that sit on the frame and bracket moldings that reach under the frame.

The mounting element can further be pivoted relative to a mast carrying the mounting element together with the advertising medium.

The cloth of the advertising medium is preferably printable on both sides. Polyester materials are suitable for this. In particular knitted polyester fabrics.

With regard to the pivotable mounting element, provision can also be made for a preferred position to be extended. As long as there is no significant wind load, the holding element with the advertising medium located therein is oriented in a certain direction. It can however, give in to the wind load and swivel it as a whole with the advertising medium.

The mobility or swiveling of the advertising medium is not only important in terms of attracting attention. In particular, it also means that the wind loads on a mast or the like are kept low. This means that there are no special structural requirements. In individual cases, an authorization requirement can be omitted.

The pivot bearing itself is suitably wear-resistant and, in particular, has a low or noiseless design. For this purpose, for example, plastic pairings are available, which are then given both on the mandrel, for example, and on the corresponding receptacle in the holding element. High pressure-resistant plastics such as an HDPE can be used.

The mounting element can be designed as an at least circular section-shaped bracket. But also as a completely circular bracket. In this respect, it is also preferred that training is provided that enables the advertising medium to be supported around different axes of rotation. Insofar as the quick-holder element is designed in the manner described, for example, in the manner of a thorn and at the same time serves to pivot the advertising medium, a plurality of counter-openings for the spikes, which are provided in diagonally opposite pairs, can be formed in a simple manner in the holding element over the circumference. The advertising medium can then be mounted in the same mounting element both about a vertical axis and also about an inclined, for example horizontal, axis of rotation or extending at 45 ° to a vertical axis.

With regard to the inclination or other variation of an axis of rotation, this can also be done with a mounting element that is only half is circular. In this respect, the mounting element itself can be displaced relative to the mast to which it is attached in such a way that the axis of rotation of the advertising medium changes accordingly. The mounting element can, for example, be accommodated in a clamp mounting of the mast, which is released and tightened again in order to move the mounting element. If the mounting element is fastened in the middle in the case of a vertical axis of rotation, the desired change in the axis of rotation results, for example, by holding the mounting element displaced to one of its free ends on the mounting mast.

With regard to the used cloth of the advertising medium or its printing, it is also advantageous to use a reflective font or graphic. This is particularly true in combination with the attachment of the advertising medium to a street lamp.

The invention is further explained below with reference to the accompanying drawing, which, however, only represents exemplary embodiments. Here shows:

An advertising medium 1 is shown and described first with reference to FIG. 1, which, as can also be seen from the cross-sectional view according to FIG. 1 a, consists of a tensioned, printed cloth 2 and a flexible edge ring 3, which is wrapped by the cloth 2 is. The edge ring 3 gives the cloth 2 the tension in the printed area, so that it always appears almost wrinkle-free.

Connected to the outer edge or the edge ring 3, diametrically opposite two mounting pins 4, 5 are provided, which can be inserted into the associated bores 6 of the mounting bracket 7. The bracket 7 is preferably made of stainless steel. In particular, a seawater-proof stainless steel is preferred, which is suitably cold-rolled. Reference is preferably also made to material number 1.4571.

The bores 6 of the mounting bracket 7 can be lined with a plastic bushing, for example a PU bushing.

Due to the flexibility of the edge ring 3, the mounting pins 4, 5 can be pressed together in a simple manner and then also return to their starting position due to the flexibility when they are inserted into the bores 6. To secure the support rods 4, 5 in the holes 6, locking pins 8 are provided. These can additionally be secured to the advertising medium 1 with a band or chain so that they are not lost.

The bracket web 7 has further brackets 9 with which it can be attached to a lamppost or the like.

In the embodiment of FIG. 2, the holding part 7 is designed as a full circle part. The mounting of the advertising medium 1 in this mounting part 7 is provided in accordance with the embodiment of FIG. 1 and is only hinted at here.

The advertising medium 1 can thus rotate freely within the holding part 7. In addition, however, the holding part 7 can also pivot for itself, together with the advertising medium 1 held therein. This is by means of a swing door hinge 10, which is only indicated here, and which is known per se.

Alternatively, it can also be provided that the advertising medium 1 is not rotatably received in the holding part 7 therein. Precisely because of the swing door mobility, which then allows a dodge against wind loads. In addition, separate mounting parts 9 are also provided here for attachment to a mast or to a house wall.

FIG. 3 shows that the advertising medium 1 can also consist of two individual advertising mediums 1, for example combined by means of a bracket 11. This is to apply different labels. However, it is alternative and preferred that a cloth 2 is used immediately, which can be printed on both sides.

The embodiment of FIG. 4 essentially corresponds to the embodiment of FIG. 2, only the mounting of the advertising medium 1 within the mounting part 7 being illustrated here.

A plug pin 12 is provided, which is inserted through a plastic bearing 13 of the holding part 7. For the centered arrangement of the advertising medium 1 within the mounting part 7, a spacer sleeve 14 is also provided between the outer ring of the advertising medium 1 and the mounting part 7. On the outside, as already described in principle with reference to FIG. 1, the plug pin 12 is secured in its holder by a locking pin 8 or the like.

FIG. 5 illustrates that it is fundamentally possible to hold such an advertising medium 1 overhead. Details are not shown here since the other embodiments are readily transferable.

The same applies to FIG. 6, here a standing representation is shown. In a departure from the illustration, only a semicircular holding part 7 can also be provided, as shown in detail in FIG. 1. It is also important that instead of the stand, as shown in Fig. 6, a spit end can be provided. As is known, for example, for inserting garden lamps or other garden devices into the earth. In this way, such advertising media 1 can simply be rammed into the ground at outdoor events such as cross-country racing or stadium events and removed again after the end of the event.

In the embodiment of FIG. 7, a rectangular advertising medium is shown, which, as indicated by reference number 10, is in turn attached to a mast 15 by means of swing door hinges.

In this case, a quick fastener is suitably provided at 16 for the complete assembly or disassembly of the advertising medium 1 in a rectangular shape together with its mounting rod 17. Here, the support rod 17 - together with the cross bars - can be designed flexibly in the manner described. It is not absolutely necessary that the edge ring 3, which in this respect is to be equated with the support rod 17, must have a closed shape.

8 indicates that two advertising media 1 can also be attached to one another in a rectangular shape on a mast 15. These can then be exchanged separately from each other.

The same applies to the embodiment of FIG. 9. Two circular advertising media are provided here. These are interchangeably attached in the ways already described. The attachment elements 16 need not be quick-change elements.

It is important that only one intermediate carrier 18 is to be provided for holding the two circular advertising carriers to one another. It is also indicated here, reference number 19, that a separate resilient connection can be provided between the advertising medium 1 and a mounting rod 20. This is to allow the advertising medium 1 to rotate in the event of a wind load, but to always pull it back into a preferred position.

In the embodiment of FIG. 10 it is made clear that an arrangement of a rectangular and a round advertising medium 1 with one another is also readily possible. For the fastenings and bearings, reference is made to the previous embodiments.

In the embodiment of FIG. 11, it is important that one or more advertising media 1 are attached to a lamppost 21 by means of the mounting bracket 7. Here, the light from the lamppost 21 can also be used immediately for better recognition of the advertising medium 1 at night.

With regard to all the illustrated embodiments, it is alternatively (in addition to the light of the lamppost 21) or in addition also possible to provide a separate light source illuminating the advertising medium 1. The light source can be supplied with solar-generated electricity. The masts 15, 21 of the advertising medium 1 are also suitable for carrying the necessary solar cells.

Not only in this context, it is also advisable to print the advertising medium 1 with neon letters.

FIG. 12 shows an arrangement from above with a mast 15 on which, in a crosswise arrangement, a plurality, namely four advertising carriers 1 are attached to corresponding mounting brackets 7. This arrangement has one special optical appeal in the case of a roundabout, as shown schematically in Fig. 12 - in a view from above.

The masts of all the illustrated embodiments of advertising media 1 can also be telescopic.

In the embodiment of FIG. 13, a stand 22 is provided which has a holding rod 23. The holding rod 23 passes through the preferably two-layered cloth 2 of the advertising medium 1. Here, a vertically running loop can be incorporated as an eyelet-like receptacle for the holding rod 23.

At its upper end, which protrudes from the cloth 2 and preferably also extends vertically above the edge ring 3, a closure piece 24 is attached, screwed on in the exemplary embodiment. Furthermore, a - only indicated - holding part 25 is attached to the edge ring 3, which is connected to the holding rod 23 and holds the advertising medium 1 at the height shown. As an alternative to this, a clamping part can also be provided, which is connected to the holding rod 23 and clamps the edge ring 3. Further alternatively or additionally, a plate 26 can be provided, which is attached at the bottom to the holding rod 23 and on which the advertising medium 1 - rotatable - is seated by means of the sufficient inherent rigidity of the edge ring 3, which is given despite the flexibility.

The loop formed, in which the holding rod 23 extends, is indicated on the one hand by an edge 27 of the (second) cloth 2 and by loop seams 28, which are designed to be tightly fitting on the holding rod 23. In any case, it is essential that the advertising medium 1 can rotate about the holding rod 23. Due to the flexibility of the edge ring 3, it can nonetheless yield flexibly to wind loads.

With reference to FIG. 14, an advertising medium 1 is shown mounted in a mounting bracket 7, basically in accordance with the illustration and description of FIG. 4. In contrast to the illustration in FIG. 4, the mounting bracket 7 according to FIG. 14 has a plurality of receiving openings 29, which can in principle also be designed as the described plastic bearings 13. As a result, the advertising medium 1 can also be rotatably mounted in the holding part 7 about axes of rotation deviating from a vertical axis. In this respect, the exemplary embodiment is a rotation axis that is inclined at 45 ° to a vertical axis.

In the embodiment of FIG. 15, a quick holder part S is shown in an exemplary concrete embodiment.

The quick holder part S has a mounting pin 4 with a split pin opening 30.

The mounting pin 4 goes over a wider base 31, which in this respect forms a surface F which may be used as a pivot bearing surface at the transition to the mandrel 4.

Below the base 31, the quick holder element S has an elongated latching support 32. The latching support 32 has a length corresponding to a multiple of a diameter of the dome 4. The length is also greater than a diameter or an extension of the base 31. On the latching support 32 there are further shaped brackets for latching on the advertising medium 1 or more precisely the frame 3 of the advertising medium 1.

In more detail, there are four in pairs. existing latching lower gripping arms 33 and two latching seat feet 34 arranged next to one another in the longitudinal extent of the latching support 32.

Two latching lower gripping arms 33 are assigned to a latching seat 34.

The latching lower gripping arms 33 are designed to be flexible, for example in that the entire quick-holder part S is injection-molded from a corresponding plastic that they can be pushed over the frame 3 in an evasive manner.

16 and 17, the latching position, clipped onto the frame 3, is shown.

The latching position and the overlap is also given over the cloth 2. The quick-holder elements S can thus be clipped onto the frame 3 in the simplest way, without the need to separate or not to continue in a certain area of the cloth 2.

As can be seen, the base 31 is designed as a hollow section with walls which have a U-shaped cross section. It is not a rotationally symmetrical part, but, as can be seen from FIG. 16, an elongated section with sloping shoulders 35. A shift of the axis of rotation - which is not shown in detail - can also be achieved in that a non-circular mounting bracket 7, approximately a semicircular as shown in Fig. 1 or Fig. 11, at its attachment point with the mounting mast deviating from that in the Figures shown center bracket, centered with respect to the extent of the bracket part, is held (or symmetrical to a center). In this respect, the holder part is then rotated in such a way that a correspondingly inclined axis of rotation of the diametrically opposite holder pins 4, 5 results.

In a further embodiment of the quick holder element S, which is shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, changes have been made in the region of the latching lower gripping arms 33. The two latching lower gripping arms 33, which are arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal direction of the latching support 32, now each form on an inner flank 36 of the latching jaws 44 connecting the two latching lower gripping arms 33. The flanks 36 are rounded at the head ends 37 of the locking jaws 44 and have a centrally arranged bore 38. The lateral surface 39 of the bores 38 is assigned to the end surface 40 of the latching-under gripping arms 33, so that the bores 38 are in overlap with the cloth 2 in the gripping state of the quick-holder element S. The latching jaws 44 are stabilized on the outside by two webs 41 each. These webs 41 are located on the side facing away from the latching seat feet 34 in the middle of each latching lower gripping arm 33.

In Fig. 19, the gripping state of the quick-release element S, placed on an edge ring 3, is shown. This gripping situation corresponds in principle to that shown in FIG. 16, but here the holder on the edge ring 3 is positively secured by an additional screw 42. The screw 42 is inserted through one of the two bores 38 and through a sleeve 43 which passes through the cloth 2, and then through the other bore 38 and with one secured mother, not shown. This additional screw locking prevents the detaching lower gripping arms 33 from being pulled off if extraordinary forces should occur. There is an additional, clamping force independent form locking of the connection of the quick holder element S with the cloth 3 clamped in the frame 3.
