Contre-angle d'endodontie (1) muni d'une tête (2) supportant un instrument d'endodontie (3), et de moyens de fixation (5) d'un manche (4) pénétrant dans la tête (2) du contre-angle (1) caractérisé en ce que ladite tête (2) du contre-angle est munie d'un organe libre en rotation (6), assemblé fixement avec le corps de ladite tête (2).

Description

Contre-angle utilisé en endodontie.
La présente invention a pour objet une pièce à main, ou contre-angle, utilisée en endodontie.
On connaît déjà dans l'art antérieur divers instruments de ce type, utilisés soit pour la préparation, soit pour l'alésage de canaux dentaires. Ces instruments peuvent être mécanisés ou manuels, ils peuvent également fonctionner en rotation continue ou en rotation alternée. Ce mouvement de rotation est permis grâce à une pièce en contre-angle sur laquelle est positionné l'instrument. Ce dernier est généralement muni d'un manche, défini par la norme ISO 1797, pénétrant dans la tête du contre-angle, qui est munie de moyens mécaniques permettant la fixation amovible de l'instrument. Dans ce type d'instrument qu'on connaît de l'art antérieur, l'utilisateur doit toujours ôter l'instrument du manche à chaque changement d'opération, ce qui augmente les risques de piqûre, et par conséquent les risques de contamination à la fois pour l'utilisateur et pour le patient. Par ailleurs, les moyens de serrage de l'instrument sur le manche sont encombrants, ce qui empêche la réalisation de petites têtes, limitant ainsi la visibilité pour l'utilisateur.
L'invention se propose de remédier à ces divers inconvénients en proposant une pièce à main d'endodontie, qui ne nécessite pas un changement d'instrument à chaque renouvellement d'opération.
A cet effet, la présente invention a pour objet un contre-angle (1) d'endodontie muni d'une tête (2) supportant un instrument d'endodontie (3), et de moyens de fixation (5) d'un manche (4) pénétrant dans la tête du contre- angle caractérisé en ce que ladite tête (2) du contre-angle (1) est munie d'un organe libre en rotation (6), assemblé fixement avec le corps de ladite tête (2). On comprendra mieux l'invention à l'aide de la description faite ci- après en référence au dessin annexé sur lequel il est représenté une pièce à main d'endodontie selon l'invention. Le contre-angle (1) est muni d'une tête (2) sur laquelle est placé un organe (6). Ce dernier va se trouver en libre rotation autour de la tête (2) du contre-angle (1), mais sera fixé de façon définitive sur le corps de la tête (2). Ceci permet le mouvement de rotation de l'instrument (3). Selon une caractéristique avantageuse de l'invention, le contre-angle (1) est muni d'une tête (2) réalisée entièrement en matière plastique, constituant une partie réutilisable, et limitant ainsi les coûts.
Selon une caractéristique avantageuse de l'invention, l'organe présent sur la tête (2) du contre-angle (1) est un pignon. Selon une autre caractéristique avantageuse de l'invention, ce pignon est réalisé en matière injectable, telle que du plastique.
Selon une caractéristique avantageuse de l'invention, une lame d'instrument canalaire est fixée sur le pignon. Le pignon est surmoulé sur la lame d'instrument canalaire, assurant ainsi la fixation de ces deux éléments.
Bien que l'invention ait été décrite avec des moyens de réalisation particuliers, elle comprend tous les équivalents techniques des moyens décrits.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Contre-angle d'endodontie (1) muni d'une tête (2) supportant un instrument d'endodontie (3), et de moyens de fixation (5) d'un manche (4) pénétrant dans la tête (2) du contre-angle (1) caractérisé en ce que ladite tête (2) du contre-angle est munie d'un organe libre en rotation, assemblé fixement avec le corps de ladite tête.
2. Contre-angle d'endodontie (1) selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation (5) assurent un assemblage amovible de l'instrument (3) sur le manche (4).
3. Contre-angle d'endodontie (1) selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'organe fixé sur ladite tête (2) du contre-angle (1) peut être un pignon.
4. Contre-angle d'endodontie (1) selon les revendications 1 et 2 caractérisé en ce qu'une lame d'instrument canalaire est assemblée fixement sur le pignon.
5. Contre-angle d'endodontie (1) selon les revendications 2 ou 3 caractérisé en ce que ledit pignon peut être réalisé en matière injectable.
6. Contre-angle d'endodontie selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que ladite matière injectable formant le pignon peut être du plastique.
7. Contre-angle d'endodontie selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que l'assemblage avec la lame d'instrument canalaire est obtenu par surmoulage du pignon sur la lame d'instrument.
8. Contre-angle d'endodontie selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le contre-angle est composé d'une partie réutilisable recevant une tête équipée.
9. Contre-angle d'endodontie selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que ledit contre-angle est entièrement réalisé en matière plastique.
10. Contre-angle d'endodontie selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le contre-angle fonctionne par un mouvement alternatif.
