Abstract

The invention relates to solar engineering, in particular to solar energy collectors and can be used for heat water supply systems and for heating domestic and industrial buildings. The inventive solar collector comprises a heat-absorbing panel which is embodied in the form of a tube-and-sheet structure and formed from individual parallel elements. The individual element (1) of said heat-absorbing panel is embodied in the form of an elongated piece whose cross section has a form of a shaped closed circuit which forms a heat carrier tube (3) and an element cavity (4) closed on the both ends thereof and filled with a thermal energy storage agent. The external surface (2) receiving solar radiation is embodied in the form of a heat-absorbing surface provided with external longitudinal ribs (5) arranged thereon along two longitudinal sides thereof. The rib planes are arranged in a parallel direction to the plane of the heat-absorbing panel and at such a distance from each other that a gap (6) is formed. Said modified structural design of the individual elements of the solar collector makes it possible to reduce the labour input of the production thereof, to create various architectural forms for constructions, decrease mass load on the building structure and the volume of thermal storage containers.
