1. A process for the preparation of debitterised, defatted and deodorized dietary fenugreek powder containing 4-hydroxy isoleucine and is rich in soluble dietic fiber comprises; a. Treating the pulverized fenugreek powder with an organic solvent, b. Achieving the preparation by drying & grinding, c. Achieving rich in soluble fibre fraction & rich insoluble fibre fraction by drying & sieving. d. Distillation of the solvent at range of 50-100°c under reduced pressure in order to remove the moisture present in binary mixture; e. Preparation of formulation using the same.
2. A process of preparation as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the total debitterised powder contains the soluble dietary fibre in the range of 30- 40% of total weight and insoluble dietary fibre in the range of 30-40% of the total weight & 4-hydroxy isoleucine of 0.4 to 1.0 %
3. A process of preparation as claimed in claim 1 , wherein rich in soluble fibre fraction contains the soluble dietary fibre in the range of 40-50% of total weight and insoluble dietary fibre in the range of 20-30% of the total weight and 4-hydroxy isoleucine of 0.4 to 1.0%
4. A process of preparation as claimed in claim 1 , wherein rich in insoluble fibre fraction contains the soluble dietary fibre in the range of 10-20% of the total weight and insoluble dietary fibre in the range of 40-50% of the total weight & 4-hydroxy isoleucine of 0.4 to 1.0%.
5. A process of preparation as claimed in claim 1 , wherein organic solvents are, methanol, ethanol, 1-propanol and 2-propanol, preferably an alkanol.
6. A process of preparation as claimed in claim 1 , wherein alkanol contains less than 1% moisture by weight.
7. A process of preparation as claimed in claim 1 , wherein moisture content of the powder after distillation of binary mixture is preferably less than 1% by weight.
8. A process of preparation as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the extraction process is repeated until the alkanol extract gives negligible residue on evaporation.
9. A process of preparation as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the debitterised powder is dried at 40° to 100°C.
10. A process of preparation as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the rich in insoluble fibre fraction contains high protein.

A process of preparation as claimed in claim 1 , wherein formulation containing the total debetterised powder or rich in soluble fibre fraction or rich in insoluble fibre fracton or combination of any, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, permitted food colours and flavours, other ingredients is prepared and is useful as fibre containing food supplement.
15. A formulation as claimed in claim 14, wherein the vitamins used are vitamin B complex, vitamin C, vitamin A, and vitamin E.
16. A formulation as claimed in claim 14, wherein the content of vitamin premix is 1.5% by weight.
17. A formulation as claimed in claim 14, wherein the minerals added are salts of chromium, copper, manganese, selenium and zinc.
18. A formulation as claimed in claim 14, wherein the content of the mineral premix is 0.5% by weight.
19. A formulation as claimed in claim 14, wherein the amino acids is L- Carnitine.
20. A formulation as claimed in claim 14, wherein the other ingredients are methyl cellulose, guargum, cinnamon powder, gymnema sylvestre extract, bitter gourd extract, permitted food colours, approved sweeteners, flavours, effervescents, tastemakers, emulsifiers and stabilizers.
21. A formulation as claimed in claim 14, wherein the content of guargum and methylcellulose together are in the range of 1 to 16 % by weight.
22. A formulation as claimed in claim 14, wherein the effervescents used are citric acid and malic acid and alkali or an alkaline earth carbonates like potassium carbonate, sodium carbonate or calcium carbonate.
