  • the initiator of a recording disable command does not necessarily have to be a subscriber, but rather may pay a nominal maintenance fee to the provider, so that he may be able to initiate a recording disable command according to his discretion.
  • a manager of an organization may therefore initiate a continuous recording command, e.g. by depressing on the keypad *200, whereupon all incoming and outgoing calls of all employees, or of selected employees, are recorded and stored.

  • subscriber phone numbers namely those subscribers that have recording privileges in conjunction with the provider, such as home phone number, cellular phone number and work phone number.
  • another audible menu is listed, from which the subscriber is requested to selected a desired action: for example, whether to retrieve the session and to listen to the recorded conversation, to delete the session from the recording- mailbox, to copy the session to the recording-mailbox of another subscriber, or to forward the session to his e-mail address or to the recording-mailbox and/or e-mail address of another subscriber, while the forwarded session is automatically deleted from the recording- mailbox of the subscriber.
  • the subscriber hears the following information: once again, the date and time of the recording session initiation, the phone numbers of the caller and recipient, respectively, the duration of the recording session and the number of days saved in the recording mailbox after being initially retrieved.
  • the session will be automatically deleted.
  • the subscriber desires to retain the session in the mailbox for long-term storage, he may initiate a request for long-term storage, e.g. by depressing on the keypad *SAVE_LONG, during the course of a retrieval session and be charged a nominal fee.

Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé et sur un système d'enregistrement d'informations audibles et/ou visuelles générées à proximité d'un utilisateur terminal ou transmises entre au moins deux utilisateurs terminaux (7, 9) par une communication téléphonique. Après avoir déterminé laquelle des informations audibles et/ou visuelles doit être enregistrée, une commande pour commencer une session d'enregistrement des informations audibles et/ou visuelles mal enregistrées est déclenchée et la session d'enregistrement est terminée par le déclenchement d'une autre commande, ou à la fin d'une communication téléphonique. Les informations mal enregistrées sont enregistrées et stockées sous forme d'un fichier de données, dans une base de données, par un serveur multitâche (10) en communication de données avec au moins un contrôleur (20) capable d'établir la communication téléphonique et d'obtenir des données relatives à la communication téléphonique, afin de générer le fichier de données.
