Abstract

La présente invention concerne l'utilisation de matériaux à base d'oxyde de cérium, à titre de matériaux photovoltaïques, et en particulier l'utilisation de ces matériaux pour la constitution d'électrodes photoréceptrices collectrices de porteurs de charges dans des dispositifs photovoltaïques, en particulier dans des cellules solaires. L'invention concerne également les dispositifs photovoltaïques précités.
