Abstract

L'invention relève de l'industrie pétrolière et gazière, et se rapporte en particulier à la production de réactifs chimiques destinés au traitement de fluides de forage présentant une salinité différente utilisés pour le forage de puits de pétrole et de gaz profonds et extrêmement profonds. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le réactif est une composition polymère sous forme de suspension aqueuse d'une viscosité comprise entre 4000 et 7000 centipoises à une température de traitement de 90-100 °C. L'on obtient la suspension en faisant réagir, dans un solution aqueuse alcaline, des sulfonates de lignine, de la poix de tall oil et de la carboxyméthylcellulose. Le concentré de fluides de forage selon l'invention se présente sous la forme d'un mélange pulvérulent composé d'une charge et d'un réactif-stabilisateur moulu après refroidissement, ledit mélange renfermant des parties non solubles dans l'eau et des parties solubles dans l'eau, dont le rapport de masse se trouve dans la plage (6,5 21,5) : (78,5 93,5), respectivement. L'utilisation du réactif selon l'invention permet de réduire le coût du fluide de forage, d'augmenter la capacité de réduction de la filtration de boues de forage, et d'augmenter la valeur de cisaillement statique.
