Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à une chaussure ordinaire et de sport pouvant être utilisée au cours de l'entraînement de l'utilisateur, ainsi que pendant une marche normale. Cette chaussure comprend une feuille faite d'une semelle intercalaire d'entraînement pondérée séparée pouvant être utilisée à la fois au cours de l'entraînement de l'utilisateur et pendant une marche normale. La semelle intercalaire d'entraînement pondérée comporte une pluralité de tiges métalliques circulaires et rectangulaires et une protection légère de PU (polyuréthanne) ou d'EVA (éthylène vinyle acétate).
